Want to help PhoenixSong?

In the four years since PhoenixSong's humble beginnings, our site has grown to include more than 15,000 members, over 600 authors and artists, and a whopping 1200+ stories. As the conclusion of the series seems to have re-inspired so many of us to write fan fiction (we've had near-record numbers of submissions lately!), PhoenixSong needs to accommodate our growth by increasing our server capacity.

Because of all this, we are opening up a donations box. A "donate" button is now visible on-site, and donations will be collected via PayPal to a special PhoenixSong mail address and bank account. We would like to assure you that there is no pressure to donate. It will certainly not be a requirement of submitting your stories, reading stories, or otherwise participating on-site!

We chose this course of action instead of allowing advertisements on-site, for example, or some other way of raising funds. PhoenixSong has -- and will -- always be a labor of love, not profit ;-)

We will be eternally grateful for whatever donations we do receive, and guarantee that all the money will go into the running of the site, not into our own pockets.
