I have a rather unsual love-hate relationship with The Princess Bride, but this is just too cute! You did a good job fitting the appropriate people into the appropriate roles, and I had a lot of fun guessing who was who. I can't wait to see Harry get Snape. It's a bit uncanny how well the two worlds mesh together. I'm not sure I'll see either of them quite the same after this!

Thank you! I know what you mean, I will never look at some of them the same way again myself.
When you finish this, you might consider switching the roles of
Wesley/Harry and Buttercup/Ginny. Have her become the
pirate. Because Harry has lots of money. It doesn't quite
fit.
What a fun little story! I love the Princess Bride. It's a classic. Combining these two stories is brilliant. I'm just wondering how you're going to fit Ron and Hermione into this, or if you even intend to.

Thank you for the review. Don’t worry, our second favourite couple (after h/g) will make an appearance.
Oh, you've taken some of the movie and book, mixed with HP.
Snape as Vicini,
Neville as Inego Montoya
Hagrid as, well, the giant, Fezzik.
Brilliant.
Again, you need to acknowledge who has done what.
And that Harry is the Man in Black ... heh. Nice.
Can't wait for the classic blunders: Never get involved in a land war
in Asia, switching glasses when your back was turned, and the best,
never gamble with a Sicilian/Slytherin when death is concerned. Heh.
I'm trying to see how Neville fits in here. Ron would have been a good
choice for Inego, but then again, Neville will have been 'in the
revenge business' for a long time if he's looking for his father's
killer. Lestrange, is it? Hm.

It does make sense in it's own little way, I promise. Thank you for the
reviews, and I have corrected the problem of giving credit to JK
Rowling and William Goldman.
This is great! I love "The Princess Bride!" And I even got the part about Fleur being bald because I've read the book. Great work so far integrating the world of Harry Potter with this fairy tale. I love it! Update soon please!
