| This is powerful, very powerful. You have conveyed with painful realism all of a woman’s fear and despair at the ‘loss’ of a child. All of it heightened by the anticipation, the if and when of it. It is very daring to end it as you did. The perfect ending, the true-life ending, but still daring. The common urge is to turn to a piece that gives more comfort. This is more in the genre of cleansing… Well written, and given the time element, almost perfect. I would have found it helpful, more convincing, if the switch from Sirius to Peter had been given a fuller coverage. Kudos just the same! |
