“It’s a cautionary measure,” he said. “I may not know much about Dark magic, but I’d assume it would be difficult to resurrect a man with no brain.”
So, the ever careful Scott ensures the dark wizard is not just merely dead but really most sincerely dead?

Whichever way you want to read it. Either it was that reason, or Scott wanted to show Dumbledore that he was willing to shoot things.

Hahaha wow. I'd like to say that I understood everything Scott was saying at the end, but you've definitely thrown me for a loop. Which is ok I like being in a loop, it gives you a different perspective on the world lol.
Even if I didn't quite get it, it was still an amazing chapter ^_^

I wasn't aware this chapter was so difficult to follow. Certainly that wasn't my intention, I wanted to explain things with this chapter, not obfuscate further.

Perhaps the jargon was too dense in the second half? Most of those terms have been used before but I suppose without a refresher it is difficult to remember. If there was anything you wanted clarification on, please feel free to ask.

Thanks for reviewing.

Interesting to see how Scott and Albus first met.....

The adjunct conversation is also interesting.....particularly the direct recruitment comment.

Not to complain, but.....I'm eager to learn what's happening back at Hogwarts with our HP folks. Chalk it up to the expertise with which you developed Scott and his purpose(s) in coming to this universe........as always, eagerly awaiting more.

Ah, but was it just a tease?

As for the course of the story, next chapter the holidays have ended and it's back to Hogwarts for the cast, both canon and original. There are classes to attend, relationships to foster, UOs to attend to, and the like.

Thanks for reviewing, hope to see you again next time.

Thanks for this 'short' chapter for you small group of fans. Heeeey, at least you have fans!

Nice touch on the german section but I'm sure some will crack their brains over the translation, so I thank my lucky stars that my country neighbours Germany.
Now we finaly understand the interactions between Albus & Scott a bit better.

Hope to see more soon. Until next time, take care. C

Quite true. I didn't mean to sound ungrateful - never that.

I had a friend help me with the German. I'm sure it's not perfect, but I hope it got the point across.

Yes, the meeting shown in this chapter was alluded to several times in the past but now you get the full picture.

I'll start working on getting the next chapter to my beta. Thanks for the kind review.

Why is my head spinning. For someone who is loathe to answer questions, Scott does an awfull lot of talking. More please.

Scott loves to hear himself talk, he just prefers to ramble on topics of his own choosing.

More is on the way, thanks for reviewing.

Look forward to an update.........scott's explanation to harry went a wee bit overhead........but liked the 1st part where dumbledore first meets scott during WWII.
Cheers.......!

Overhead or overboard? It's an exposition heavy chapter, to be sure, but that's kind of the point of it. The second part is just a bonus, I'm not sure it even has a place in the story.

Thanks for dropping in, I hope you enjoy the next chapter as well.

lol - I was just thinking that this was a very short chapter for you and you go and give us 'extras' which I think is brilliant

Yeah, I had that scene written and figured I'd throw it in here just because it was such a short chapter. It wasn't that bad at first but I ended up cutting it down a bit so it became too short instead of comfortably brief. Much like underwear, really.

Thanks for reviewing.
