Another chapter, another headache. Unmissable but slow moving. I think you should have Hermione permanently hospitalised in the next chapter, then we can get on with it.
The dialog with Scott and Hermione is really wonderful in this...the "shrill" peak especially.
OK, my pet peeve...that I have voiced over the months: many chapters ago you had Scott speculating about killing Dean to get him out of the way. Why is he not doing anything of late with Ginny and Harry? Early on there was all sorts of pushing Harry....but nothing for a long, long time.
Why doesn't he simply level with Ginny that Harry wants her and it's critical to everything for them to get together? Give her some clue of her importance as a prime in all this?
Yes, I'm a romantic...but I can't be the only one of your readers who's feeling this.

Hermione was not especially pleased with Scott's behavior. She, as always, made sure to voice her displeasure.

Facetiously, remember. He was venting, and never had any real intentions of doing something permanent to Dean.
Why is he not doing anything of late with Ginny and Harry? Early on there was all sorts of pushing Harry....but nothing for a long, long time.
What else is he going to do? He's tried just about everything, and now he's stuck waiting for additional opportunities. He's tired of trying and feeling like it's a pointless endeavor. Maybe he's just biding his time, or maybe he's really just stopped caring.
Why doesn't he simply level with Ginny that Harry wants her and it's critical to everything for them to get together? Give her some clue of her importance as a prime in all this?
Think about it for a minute. Ginny doesn't like Scott. Approaching her directly would most likely backfire, the last thing she wants to hear from Scott is relationship advice. His unsubtle hints have already worn her patience thin, and Scott knows if he were to just come out and say it, Ginny would dismiss anything he said as blatant manipulation. And, of course, it would be blatant manipulation, even if there was truth in it.
On top of that, Harry would not be at all happy that Scott went behind his back and blabbed to Ginny about the feelings Harry has been trying so hard to hide. The last thing Scott needs is to lose some of that trust he's been working so hard to earn from Harry.
Nothing Scott has tried has yielded any concrete results. And now he's afraid to push harder for fear of ruining whatever little progress has been made.
Lila might have some insights to share in the next chapter.
Yes, I'm a romantic...but I can't be the only one of your readers who's feeling this.
Anybody else out there just want Harry and Ginny to have sex already? Or, barring that, at least get to second base? Speak up if you do, that's what the review box is for.
Hooray, a new chapter of TTM! Love the info from Scott and the reactions from both Ginny and Hermione.....also love the differences in their reactions and the fact that Harry notices all of Ginny's reactions.
The whole sequence of events leading up to Ron's punching Harry was hysterical! The guys are such guys and Hermione is such a girl.
As always, eager to see what comes next for Scott and his primes....

Hooray, a new review from freshwater!

Harry notices all of Ginny's everything. Especially her tits, I think. I mean, I know I would.

Yeah, the guys are totally male and Hermione is totally a female, it's true. I myself am all dude, so anytime someone thinks my girl characters are well done, I consider it a Success in Writing.
As always, eager to see what comes next for Scott and his primes....
Or is it the Primes and their Scott? See what I did there?
This is an interesting chapter. I find it hard to believe that noone in the group knows enough healing spells to have helped Karan fix his arm. His solution was bizarre. I can't believe Ron had to hit Harry in order for Karan to fix his arm. Oh well. That is part of the charm of your story. It doesn't always make sense. Thanks for writing and i look forward to your next update. p

I don't recall any evidence in the books that the simple spells cast by the students are capable of healing major injuries. It seems to me that any time someone is seriously hurt, they end up in the hospital wing taking specialized potions. I believe in this chapter Hermione makes a comment to that effect, telling Scott that he needs professional medical potions and care.
I can't believe Ron had to hit Harry in order for Karan to fix his arm.
Neither could they.
Oh well. That is part of the charm of your story. It doesn't always make sense.
I can't decide if this is a thinly veiled criticism or a bizarre compliment. I guess either way I can appreciate it.
