10:Ginny Finishes Hogwarts and Joins the Holyhead Harpies-June 1999
As a summary chapter, this one knits all the loose ends together very well. It's a nice list of what will happen, Molly's hopes for the future, and the pride she takes in a family well-raised. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all your stories, watching the children grow up through Molly's eyes and seeing the novels from a different point of view. [that's all I have, although I'd give you more if I had them] for a brilliant end to a brilliant series of stories.
I hope you won't be a stranger to the other authors at Phoenix Song. I, especially, love reading your reviews of my work and hope you will continue to read our stories in our spare time.
Take care,
Arnel

Thank you Arnel. I am in awe of authors who invent complicated and interesting plots. I hope to continue to read the high-quality stories here at Phoenix Song.

I've really enjoyed the whole series and your insight into Molly Weasley. I'd say the one niggling detail which annoyed me from this story was your use of YouTube as it wasn't founded until 2005 but other than that it's been a great read

Thank you for your kind review. I made it clear to my flist at Live Journal that I was taking liberties with 'what happened when'. I pointed out to early readers and my beta that I was just following in JKR's footsteps because she allowed the movie to have the death eaters destroy the Millennium Bridge before Harry would have been starting Seventh Year. It wasn't completed for more then two years after that. It seems like we've always had Google and YouTube.

this is a real achievement Kate and a much of very enjoyable stoiries, each of which have not only got better story to story but also chapter to chapter. You should be very proud of them, enjoy retirement.

Thank you dear Kathryn. As you know, I hadn't written any fiction since I was a schoolgirl. Therefore, it is a wonder that anyone read The Early Years. I didn't even remember the conventions for including dialogue. It all sounded like it took place during a graduate seminar. Fine for Percy and Hermione, but rather strange for the twins. Gerry was patient with me, even though she had to practically force me into using contractions.
I've enjoyed experiencing your growth, as well. I know you will keep writing. The stories are getting better and better.

I hadly know where I,m getting the nerve to write about a fic that I haven,t even read. I tried several times, but found that it belonged to the genre of Molly,s life while her youngest was in school. That said, congratulations on your 79 th. I just turned 77, and do some fic writing now and then, especially when my muse wakes me about 3 a.m., and fills my mind with plot ideas. Maybe I,ll try again and see if I am wrong about this story, as I only read bits now and then. Take care, and stay healthy, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Jeanne T.

Thank you for writing Jeanne T. Congratulations on turning 77 and best wishes with your fiction writing. May you muse let you sleep longer this winter, but continue to inspire you. I have a sister your age who takes on-line classes and is always worried about getting her homework done and how she did on the exams. I guess we all find ways to keep busy.
Thank you for the birthday wishes. I will actually celebrate turning 79 around the American Thanksgiving this year. My version of the Harry Potter books from the point of view of Molly Weasley was written with my grandchildren in mind so is too tame for some.

I think this is the right time to end this story. It was after all about Ginny at Hogwarts as seen through Molly's eyes. What comes after is a different story.Lot of pleasure in reading it. Thank you.

Thank you for your positive comments. I've enjoyed writing from Molly's point of view but I started when Ron was three month old, so eighteen years is long enough.

We'll miss you Grandma Kate, But you deserve a rest. I have to apologise for not reviewing the last few chapters, I actually just read them. I just lost my husband on September 3 rd and have been quite a Busey Beaver here at home. 23 years of mess to go thru here, he saved everything. Anyway, I have to say that I have enjoyed every word written, the way you connected yourself spiritually to Molly and her family was quite amazing. Where you take it from here is anyones guess, I haven't a clue. But one thing I am sure about is that when you do return, the story will be Harry Potter Gold.

I am sorry for your loss. As you may know, my beta went through her husband's sudden illness and death just last year. There are a million details to take care of, at a time when you have no energy. I still remember the months and years after my first husband died more than twenty years ago. My current husband, dear Oatmeal, is going through some health problems so I want to spend more time with him.
Thank you for commenting about my spiritual connection to Molly. I had a busy household with many children who grew into young adults (and are now middle-aged). When my eldest daughter and her husband both returned to school, the moved back in with their two kids, Over the years, the children have returned to stay for months at a time (with their families). The youngest grandboys lived next door to us when they were young, so I've always been busy (besides working outside the home for fifty years).
Thank you for your comments. God bless you as you enter a new phase of life.

How bittersweet that your story arc is now complete. Congratulations to you on a work so very well done. Your spiritual bonding with Molly showed through on every page from "The Early Years" to "Ginny's 7th Year". It has been my privilege to make this journey with you and I hope after a short break to take care of things at home you return to us with something else equally splendid. Thank you for being my friend.

As I've noted elsewhere, I am the fortunate one. I was a brand-new author when I was assigned to you and have learned so much. Not only that, I have found a good friend. I've enjoyed learning from you and learning more about myself.
