Excellent. Harry is a great Uncle! To his adopted sister's son! He is moving right along with Ginny. Shocked Hermione and Ginny! I'm glad he asked Ginny and Hermione to see his rooms and I'm glad he got to spend some time with Ginny alone. This is really heating up! Thanks for writing. p
Don't you think replacing both Hooch and Carrington isn't a bit much? Kind of overloading Harry , aren't you?
Ah, Daddy Harry was so touching . By the way, who's Charlie's Godfather? I thought for sure you would put Harry into that role .
What happened to Ginny's Gryffindor bravery?
I read this a while back and am going back and rereading so that I can read your update and actually know whats happening for sure...
I liked the you, me, kids, right now part. That was funny. Great chapter! Kortnee
Ohhh my gracious!!!!! I am swooning!!!! Ginny said it!!!! "You , me, kids, right now!!!!" Ya think??? & How about two!!!! Good grief, something like that makes me want to procreate with him!!!! That was just a lovely, lovely scene......and I am loving watching them grow slowly closer, and feeling more comfortable with each other!!! I hated she didn't go to the flat to...em........ .....I mean watch TV! Yeah......r i g h t!
Awww...How cute!! Great job, loved it! Although I am sort of annoyed you let us hanging right when everything was getting so....perfect. Please update soon, you are truly an amazing author!!

Chapter Nine (Author Response)
Thanks so much! I'm glad you're enjoying the story! I'm really enjoying working on it, so I guess it's a win-win for everyone involved! Enjoy!
Okay, I've worked it out, using the clues in the Author's Notes ... this story is proceeding in parallel with your own life, isn't it? You're going to publish the chapter where Harry and Ginny wed just before your own wedding ... they'll probably honeymoon at the same place as you ... I'm just trying to work out why they're not engaged yet/too.
Very nice chapter, nice and comfy and warm. No great deal of action, maybe a 'filler' in terms of wizardly plot, but a pleasure to read, and it served to increase even more our attraction to the major players. I really like this story, although sometimes I feel even more lonely after reading it.
It *has* been a while since the last chapter, I'd forgotten that they were at official boyfriend/girlfriend stage? So slightly shocked at the open signs of affection here. I'm looking forward to reading this story again from scratch once it's completed.
That bit with Ginny observing Harry with the baby was completely endearing, I loved it. Humour ("you, me, kids, right now") and romance/love all mixed into a very powerful paragraph.
I've never liked JKR's system of magic, in that so often winning a battle or engagement seems to just be a matter of finding the right couple of latin words. Too easy for 'deus ex machina' spells to materialise when a story is faltering. Not blaming you, you're using the universe she's given us, but I was reminded of it when I read of Harry's anti-Peeves spell. Just thinking out loud.
Thanks for the chapter!

Well, it might *seem* that way, but really, I'm not going to get Harry and Ginny to the alter before I do. Unfortunetly. Just happens to be a conicidence...or perhaps not quite. I am drawing on the things I know, so there are things that reflect my own life, though I do try not to make it ham-handed.
I'm really glad you're enjoying the story. I get nervous though, that I won't be able to maintain the level of writing that people seem to indicate I'm at. I just have to trust and move on.
Thanks again! I think you'll find that the plot bumps forward in a big way in the next chapter, so be looking for it!
i would have to say that you are perhaps one of the most consistent authors here. ever chapter is well thought out and interesting. very little filler. Is harry about to buy a few new brooms? I liked the peeves bit.

Thank you! I'm quite flattered, since I don't think I approch the quality of some of the fine authors here.
There may be an annoymous donation in the near future, who knows?
Hooray for the update. I loved he scene with Harry and Charlie, and Harry preparing all his lessons was a nice glimpse. I can't help but think he'd do better playing Quidditch, however. I think Harry needs more excitement in his life than being a teacher will offer. He'd never been one for rules. That's only my own opinion, however, and I'm enjoying the story.

Maybe I'm just baised, being a teacher, but I think being a teacher is actually pretty exciting. New kids every year, new challenges every day. No two days are ever alike. But again, it's just me. I'm really glad you're enjoying the story. I look forward to getting your reviews! I've been meaning to leave one for Moment of Clarity, I'll have to go do that now!
Wow... I am really enjoying this one. It is sweet, but not soppy.
I like the idea of a Quidditch team (even if the members are not all staff ... haha.. just can't picture McGonagall on a broom... but it would be fun to see Harry playing again!
Good luck with your wedding (and marriage - as that is the important part!)

Thanks! I'm glad it's not comming across as over the time!
Lots of people have said they like the Quidditch team idea. Maybe it'll have to make an apperance later on.
Not sure what happened in that last review - I meant to review on
chapter nine, not chapter two. Had gone back as I couldn't
remember what job Ginny had.
normally, i dont really get into stories that are all fluff and not much angst, but this one...ah yes, i enjoy this story immensely.
:D
cant wait for the next update!!

There's less fluff in the next chapter, as some of the darker theme re-assert themselves. Individual chapters will be fluffy, but look for a dramatic theme overall.
