Hi Mags...
Well, you "found" the right person to talk to about submissions I'm one of the admins/Founders who work specifically with that part of our site. Right now, we're not accepting new submissions because we're just overwhelmed with authors and not enough betas (who are simply people who have proven that they have proof-reading skills), but we hope to re-open them again before too long. Just keep watching the front page of PhoenixSong, and we'll post notices about when we'll accept submissions again.
As for betaing... check out the links (on the front page and our "Flyaway" page as well) for Perfect Imagination -- they're our beta partners, as well as us having a large number of people who beta (proof-read) only for PhoenixSong. You can also check out Perch (our forums) and get some more info about betaing and so on there, as well.

WOW,WOW,WOW, The whole part with ,,,,and Sirus, and Remus was Hillarious. I loved how you incorpreated Hope into the story. I'm lost for words and I can't think of any thing to say except please write more or write a sequel about Christmas or one of their birthdays. I don't think I could go with out reading more.
