Heh.  James' is such a cutie.

Nice work on the Thestrals.  I hadn't even thought about the fact that James would see them.  And Quidditch.  It's nice that they all didn't make it, it's more realistic.  That being said, I hope that Sirius makes it next year, or the year after.

It's funny that Wood was telling the captain to lay off... I'm assuming that she's Oliver's mother... obviously they differ in that respect.

    What an amazing insight! This felt so very realistic. I liked how you brought in the Thestrals and showed up the confidence of the twelve-year-old James and Sirius for the ease with which they think they can become Animagi. Especially as we know differently!

Loved the Quidditch scene! Laughed out loud more than once! Again, it felt very true-to-life.
