Oh, so good; I'm fighting back tears, this was so poignant. |

Thanks, that was an exceptionally hard chapter to write, but it had to
be done, Ron needed to 'grow up' a bit, so he can do what needs to be
done later...

You made me cry! That's so mean. I will never be able to see Mad-Eye the same way I did. I loved this chapter, and the others too, by the way. You've find the right motivations so far and worked them beautifully. Thanks for a great story. And keep posting. Please. |

This chapter had me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading. My heart went out to Ron when he had to say good-bye to Moody in the mine; I was heartened, however, by the fact that Ron could draw strength from his love for Hermione ( I hope he eventually gave her the broach and told her the story behind it. That would have been proof enough to ensure that she know how much Ron loves her. ) Your portrayal of my favorite Weasley brother is just how I picture him and I sincerely hope that such a fate will not befall him or the rest of his family in canon.
I look forward to reading your next chapter. This is quickly becoming a story I will be reading quite often. |

Er... Wow! thanks for your great review! really glad your enjoying my little story

I tried to read Five People before, but couldn't get into it. This version, with characters I already recognize and piecing together your version of their future, is much more readable.
Your Percy and Moody characterizations are very believable.
Side note, thank you for having all your "miscellaneous" characters with unknown names.
Excellent story. Please keep it coming. |

Wow, I'm blushing now! I'm really gald your enjoying it. A lot of the
characters surnames are plucked from the HP Lexicon, but I figure we're
2 or three generations down the line at some points during this story,
it's unlikely that each generation will be a carbon copy of the last,
people get married and have kids all at different times, so I'm trying
to mix it up a bit.

Excellent chapter, I have enjoyed this story quite a bit, and it really surprises me. I usually look for Harry/Ginny stories but for some reason I started reading this and have enjoyed it very much. I look forward to your next installment. |

Glad your enjoying it, I hope I can keep pulling a few surprises here and there. Harry and Ginny will return again, as Ron remembers his summers, so keep a look out.

Great chapter. Very good escape story you built in there.
Nice touch about how Ron got through the three months as well.
Anxiously awaiting the next chapter!

Glad you enjoyed the escape, because that took ages to write, nothing
seemed to work, but I was fairly happy with how it turned out.
The broach, was another of those things directly inspired by the Five
People book, although in that it's a photo, and the escape has a much
differn't outcome.

I did rather put the poor boy through it , didn't I?
Well at least nothing much worse can happen to him now! Or can it?

Wow.
The language was a bit rocky at first, and you still had some interesting comma uses, but all I can say about the plot of this chapter is "Wow." |

Thanks that was the chapter I had in mind the most, when I decided to write the story, so I'm glad you liked it.
