I almost gave up on the story several times, because it seemed you were rushing through it, not connecting the events of the story, and taking the time to do the interactions of the characters properly. However the ending has as much emotional depth as any of the stories of I have read on pheonix song. While I though Beth was a bit contrived, you did manage to give her enough depth for us to honestly care about here. I would have liked her to get to see at least some happy times with Harry and his friends before you killed her however. Her life seems to have been quite hollow.
However I am off to read Alpha and Omega, and see where the story turns.

Today I helped my sister bury her twin babies that died at childbirth. I logged on to PS.net to lift my spirits.
After reading this (and going through several @!#$!%! tissues, I can honestly say I've not been moved by fanfic as I have like this. I am SO very glad you included a smidgen of faith into this - and Clarke is such a good character I so hope to see him again.
Again, I can't type too much - the screen is blurry, so I'll say thank you for such a great fic and a truly wonderful chapter to end it. Thank you.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your sister's babies and I am truly glad that I could help you even a bit in this time of sorrow. When I wrote the epilogue, I drew upon my own experiences of having helped a friend bury her teenage daughter who had committed suicide. Dorothy had been too upset to go to the service so that Allee's godfather and I ended up representing them. Ironically, I received word of Imogen's neice's death just as I was finishing it, hence the dedication.
