Wow, never really thought before about what that would be like, the muggle and wizard friendships before school |

Thanks for reviewing. I'm glad you are enjoting the story.
I hadn't noticed, but it seems like I've switched back and forth, from one chapter to another. Mrs. Creevey's surname is, in fact, Carla. Thanks for pointing it out. I will get the problem fixed asap. In the mean time, please try to ignore it as best you can.

Cute piece with Colin's blurting out the magicalness of the neighbors. But the conversation with the boys comes across to me more like 6 or 7 than 3 and 4.

Thank you, I'm gld you like. Thanks for pointing out the problem with the boys in this chapter; having them act their age is one of my major concerns for this story. Unfortunately, there's nothing much I can do in this case short of scrpping the entire chapter, but please do continue to point it out if you see the problem recur. |

It's funny how she thinks that Colin, Harry and Neville were just imagining the magic. Oh, how she is in for a big surprise. |

I think you've done a great job with the dialogue so far. Especially with Colin's character. |

Thank you. I find dialouge the funnest part to write. I'm glad you're enjoying Colin's character. I myself find him fun to write.

Another great chapter...I could see my own four-year-old son in this chapter. You've got child-speak down to a "t" and I love Colin's runaway narrative at the end. Well done, well done! |

Why thank you... I do worry about over or underestimating the conversational skills of children when I write scenes like that. Hopefully the dialouge in the coming chapters will be just as successful. I'm glad uou enjoyed the narrative. It wasn't part of the plan for the chapter but Colin insisted on telling his mum about his day...
Thanks again for the review,

The dialogue was just right for a bunch of little guys; it was really cute. I love the image of Padfoot playing hide and seek with H and N. Also, Colin's comparing N and H to a set of twins really illustrates well how close they are. It's quite the foil for Harry's relationship with Dudley in the books. I'm looking forward to the next chapter! |

Wow! That was certainly a speedy review... I'm glad you enjoyed the dialouge, especially since I tend to use dialouge pretty frequently. Yes, Neville and Harry are certainly a lot closer than Harry ever was with his cousin. I'm glad you approve.
Thnak you for your review,
