Wow... Loved Molly in this chapter, the words that come to

Awesome. Harry's letter was heartwrenching, but I loved Molly's reaction to it. I love how the kids and other members of the Order are throwing their lot in with the Weasleys. While I don't think DD is intentionally cruel, I do think he's out of him mind for leaving Harry in that situation.
I adored Molly's words to Arthur about Harry's height and build. Dumbledore himself - when talking about how Sirius treated Kreacher - said that "indifference and neglect often do more damage than outright dislike". It's a shame he can't see the truth in his own words when it's right in front of him. |

thank you - and I also think DD isn't intentionally cruel... but some things weren't thought out as they should have been. And I can't fault his character for that, he was acting in response to a set of extreme circumstances.

Ah, well done -- again! I look forward to reading about certain activities in Little Whinging soon....
I'm glad someone finally mentioned explicitly that there are worse
things to suffer than death. Indeed, I suspect that getting Harry
to realize that may well be key in helping him overcome his sense of
guilt with respect to Sirius & the Department of Mysteries.
That little entertainment the Weasley kids put on for the fishermen is
curious; I'm not sure I have figured out if there was a point to it,
and if so, what that point was. It was entertaining,
though. :-)

This is exactly what i have always thought should have happenned to
Harry. I am always astounded by the blithe acceptance of Dumbledores
words by all involved.
This is a great story and very well written. Keep it up!

here here... if you've a mind to, over on the perch was where this story was inspired. At the end of OotP, we see the order acting outside of Dumbledore's wishes - even going so far to threaten a muggle with magic - dare I say a near criminal event in his eyes... but Hermione and Ron and Mr. Weasley were right there with Mrs. Weasley....
interesting...:)
