Oh no! It is Draco. I thought it was. No wonder they all turned away from her. OKay! Let's see where this goes. Thanks for writing. p

So D.F. outfoxes the Harry and Ginny team. Dean must be totally terrified that the love of his life, his daughter Catherine has been kidnapped. I truly hope she survives. The flashback with Ginny is somewhat terrifying and disappointing. It appears she is on the verge of being raped. I surely hope not.

I happened across this story for the first time today and I love it! Yeah, it's a little AU, but there's something I like about grown-up foursome Auror stories. This one sounds like a classic in the making.

I like the way you've portrayed Harry. He seems like an adult now, one who's lost everything he ever really cared for. And yet, there's still that bit of Harry we know and love from Hogwarts. I like how you let that shine through every once in a while. Ginny is a bit tougher than we knew her but that's okay. I like that you've made her strong and intelligent, but lost in life. Her character is still a bit undefined because of the mystery but she's very well written.

The mystery here is wonderful. It's not snail-slow but it's not so fast-paced we can't keep up. You've limited the number of new characters, which makes it easier to read. I find myself quite curious to find out what's really going on. And, of course, I want to see what happens between Harry and Ginny having to be together all the time after ten long years.

I really can't wait to read more and I'm so happy I found this great story! Thanks for sharing it with us!

You know that's funny because the story was orignially set as "AU" but then my beta and I decided to change it to "Post-HBP". It was planned and the first chapter was written before HBP came out but I don't think I would have changed it too drastically to incorporate the 6th book anyhow.
But yes, I have quite a thing for grown-up foursome Auror stories as well. That's probably why I enjoy writing this one.
Special thanks to you for this review because it's led me to discovering your stories which I am looking forward to reading over my weekend.

Yes, 'unpredictable' is the word to describe this story. I am eagerly awaiting the outcome, but enjoying the ride. Good work!

Wow! what a story. Just when I think I might have things figured out, I know that I don't. I can't wait to find out what happens next. You keep me guessing, I love it when I don't know what is going to happen. Keep up the good work! You are very talented. Thanks again.

Après La Vie
First, I'd like to apologize for not posting a review for the last chapter. I got all caught up in work and reading and review the entries for the Anniversary Challenge and realized I missed posting a review.

That chapter was very well done, and I remember thinking that you had provided the catalyst for reconciliation came in the form of trust; taking care of Ginny opened a small chink in the armor that Ginny has set up against friends who turned away from her.

Well, this chapter has really given us more evidence to what lies at the root of the problem. The story is following a winding path and keeping me guessing and trying to figure out the little tidbits that you provide and where each scene of character plays a part. Well, done.

There appear to be many similarities and parallels between Ginny & Harry. Perhaps there is a growing respect for one another’s abilities or knowledge despite the differences that still exist. They seemed to each have qualities that they obtained through their life’s journeys that allow them to individually, be great at what they do.

Ginny transforming into a tiger was definitely a wild plot twist. They both seem to have their secrets, which are slowly being revealed to one another as the mission continues. I really look forward to each chapter.

The dream sequence at the end has shed a huge light on relationship between Ginny and everyone else. I might be jumping to conclusion early but, I don't believe there is any mistaking the control that existed in her past and her inner spirit trying to satisfy everyone.

Either way, she has lost out on much of life and needs to find her way back and those she was once close too need to give a little in that effort.

I am thoroughly enjoying this story.

Ooohh. Very interesting. Fast paced, good descriptions, and I can feel the hostile dialogue! Anxiously awaiting the next chapters!

If you mean the hostile dialogue between Harry and Ginny, it's set to fade out in later chapters, sadly, but I think we all want to see them become a bit friendlier towards each other . Dragon Fang, on the other hand, still has a bit more to dish out. Thanks for the review.
