Ooooooooooooooh. That was so wonderful. Where are they? Hawaii? I was hoping you might even be doing a double-wedding here, but I guess that would be a little soon for Harry and Ginny since they've only been back together for a day or so.
I loved the scenes with Harry and Ginny alone together in this chapter. When they were apologizing to each other, it was such a relief that she had finally gotten past her hurt pride to apologize for how she'd acted and let him apologize for what he'd done. Then, when they woke up together, it was so touching when he got choked up at her saying, "I love you." Of course, now that their relationship was going great, it was time for Hermione and Ron's to hit a pothole in the road. Luckily, they both caved in fast, once they were alone together. Good thing their stubborn sides must have been left back home. |

This was fantastic! Ginny finally coming to her senses and going to Harry was perfect! I giggled at how close Molly came to discovering Ginny in Harry's bed.
Ron and Hermione's row was definitely on par with some of their more spectacular ones! It wasn't surprising, considering the level of stress poor Hermione was under and Ron's notorious jealousy of Krum. I loved how Hermione's internal musings compared old, sane Hermione's reaction to the new, mad version. I have to confess that I kind of enjoyed the new, mad Hermione.
I loved Ginny's idea of Ron and Hermione eloping so that the pressure could be off them and so that they could focus on the real reason for a wedding--to get married. She's brilliant!
But, I was kind of hoping that it could be a double ceremony.
I can't wait for further upcoming chapters--note the plural--about these two couples. I can't help but wonder what Hermione's mother will say if/when she finds out Hermione got married already.

Wow, what a lovely long review! I'm so glad you ehoyed this chapter. I'm especially glad that you liked the row - it definitely wasn't hard to make Ron and Hermione's tempers spike like that. (I like the new, mad Hermione, too.)
And it's funny that you mention the double ceremony, because the same idea did pop into my brain, but then I decided that would be a little too much for Harry and Ginny. I don't think they're quite ready to make that step yet. And as for upcoming chapters - there is one more, the Epilogue, that I hope you will enjoy.

Ahhh! Oh my God, this is the best chapter ever! A Harry and Ginny finaly got together, and Ron and Hermione got married! Yay! It's not over though, is it? Oh I hope you have another chapter, we have to see how the family reacts when they come back and are together again! And no one knows about Harry and Ginny yet! Actually, I was married in civil ceremony in a very beautiful City Hall three weeks before 500 people came to a huge and beautiful church to witness our church wedding. |
