Hi! I'm a new reader of your fantastic story. It's charming and exciting. I can't believe alienated himself from them like that and leaving and the Weasleys. I hope he get his head right. I can't wait for sparks to fly once both of them start their teaching post at Hogwarts.... |

Good story but, come on , a 30 foot fall?! That's no way to kill a wizard... Could that EVEN kill a wizard? Neville bounced when thrown out a 3rd story window, and that's about 30 feet. Hell, normal people can survive 30 foot falls. Would have to be one hell of a landing to be killed instantly.
Sorry, just bugs me. Plenty of time for him to levitate himself too, or something. And I don't think a zombie can use magic. "Moan Grunt moangruntgrunt" isn't exactly Wingardium Leviosa. |

Ginny outperforming Hermione ?
'zombies had flung a Conjunctivitus curse' -- zombies can do magic?
'a howler from Fred, George and Percy the following day' from the twins?
Now that must be a shock to Ginny. Clever to have Harry just show up, but he isn't that impolite, is he? (Remember his first trip on the train and how he impressed Molly).

Ginny outperforming Hermione ?
Sure -- why not? Harry exceeded her at DADA, so Hermione -- while brilliant -- isn't perfect!
'zombies had flung a Conjunctivitus curse' -- zombies can do magic?
Good point...no idea. We don't know...
'a howler from Fred, George and Percy the following day' from the twins?
Well...don't worry...the twins have their fun with Harry soon enough...
Now that must be a shock to Ginny. Clever to have Harry just show up, but he isn't that impolite, is he? (Remember his first trip on the train and how he impressed Molly).
Major shock to Ginny, especially after the way he left...as for Harry showing up unannounced, remember -- he received McGonagall's proposal way out from left field so, chances are, he's still a little miffed about the whole thing. I can very easily imagine him heading over for a sit down with the Headmistress. |

What a poignant chapter. So filled with recrimination, hurt hearts speaking out, the usual Snape the, git,The pathos at the Obelisk. All and all a real edge of seater. |
