sarasmomma Thursday 24th January 2008 00:28 | Ginny's Gone |
I really think that this should e brought out to at least one more, if not two more chapters. One talking about how the weaslys take the news, and the press reles on the front page of the profit.
I normally only give Ideas if I liked the story. I can safely say that yours was one of the best!
forever! |
Saturday 26th January 2008 09:02 | Ginny's Gone (Author Response) |
I did play with the idea of making this longer, but decided against it as I felt it took away from what I had written. I have not ruled out the idea of a sequal to this piece though. |

Perfect, Loved the complete story. Must agree with harry, people do change when you become there in laws. But ginny is right to molly will calm down because she will get another grand child especially form ginny her youngest. In short Perfect! |

The interviews that JKR has given us a bit of knowledge to build on such as Ginny playing for the Harpies which I love as I have imaged Ginny as being a professional Quidditch player for so long, but we have got that 19 years to play with and I would like to think that James was very much a pleasant surprise. |
sunshine112 Tuesday 22nd January 2008 15:44 | Ginny's Gone |
Loved this story, as i love all your stories. You really seem to know the characters well. I love the fact Harry's scared of the Weasley's reaction. Please Keep writing. |

I love you stories: they are little snapshops that gives us insight into the characters. It is always fun. So, here is a request: I always wanted to know what the various characters were thinking during Harry's little speech with Voldemort during the last battle. You know, when they talked about the Elder Wand and Horcruxes and "dying for these people" and their emotional reactions. I always wondered what McGonagal, Slughorn, Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Draco, Ginny, Neville, Luna, Hermione and Ron were thinking as the whole thing developed in front of them. Also, I always wanted to see Hagrid recounting to everybody from his perspective what transpired in the forest. I am not good at that. I see the plot bunnies but I can never catch them. Does any of this inspire you? Good job anyways |

For someone who is far removed from Ginny's situation at the moment, you really nailed the feelings that went through my mind when I had my first son. Remarkable! and another |

Nice little story here. When I saw that you had Ginny retiring from the Harpies, I knew it had to be b/c of James coming into the picture soon. Is it too much to ask for a sequel, so we can see what happens next?
Thanks again for such a nice piece of fiction.

I'm always trying something new and I have got a new multi-chaptered piece that has a couple chapters written from Hermione and Ron's pov. |
fire_faerie Wednesday 16th January 2008 09:45 | Ginny's Gone |
So sweet! I haven't read one of those for a long time! The language really flowed in this piece. Keep up the good work, and write one for Ron and Hermione!!! |

and write one for Ron and Hermione!!!
I have to admit thats unlikely, although I do write Ron and Hermione, its never been as a main pairing in a fic. |

these kinds of stories are probably one of my favorite kinds of stories in fanfic, especially when written by a capable author. I would love if you could give us something of a sequal to this |

thank you.
As to the sequal the best I'll promise is that I'll think about it. |

This is excellent. I really like this story. It says so much about Harry and Ginny keeping as much of their life as private as they can. That is a nice touch that Harry is afraid of Molly Weasley. Thanks for writing. p |

It wouldn't be easy but I'm sure that Harry and Ginny would do as much as they can to stay away from the press. |

An excellent story. I enjoyed the Daily Prophet article and its informative nature. The rest of the story just made me smile. It brought back memories of discussions my husband and I had when we discovered we were going to be parents and decided to keep our little secret from our families until Christmas. I had to smile at Harry's comment about him being scared of facing Molly; the mother-in-law is definitely a scary entity and I think it's very sweet that Harry and Ginny will be holding each others' hand hands when they face the press and Molly Weasley! Well written, very enjoyable and definitely worthy of ! |
