Reading this chapter has solved a minor mystery about why some of the people reading my Molly-centric version of Ginny's Sixth Year think that Ginny can pick up the Potterwatch programs. She does it in your Universe. In mine, they can't get them at Hogwarts. |

And that isn't even an evil cliffe in the scheme of this fic.
Reading this chapter has solved a minor mystery about why some of the people reading my Molly-centric version of Ginny's Sixth Year think that Ginny can pick up the Potterwatch programs. She does it in your Universe. In mine, they can't get them at Hogwarts.
She got them in obs and all the post DH oneshots so it makes sense to me that she hears them here. I've always thought that the Hogwarts students heard about the dragon and Gringots on a special Potterwatch. |

I feel my vindictive side coming out as I see what Ginny's going through.
I once read/heard that its the characters that you love that you put through the most pain amd I have no quarms in saying that Ginny is my favourite character.
Can't wait to see what those "spare bits of parchment" can do in an enclosed space!
Ginny will be using those 'spare bits of parchment' will be until just before the Christmas holidays. |

I just love seeing this side of the story. You are writing it about how I imagined it. Silly Harry to think Ginny would be safe and not doing her part. She's much spunkier than that.
Love what you are doing with this. You are showing the reality of the darker side. While reading the book, I imagined her, Neville and Luna actually going thru much worse than Harry, Hermione and Ron did.

I have to agree with this completely.
While reading the book, I imagined her, Neville and Luna actually going thru much worse than Harry, Hermione and Ron did.
I've said this hundreds of times myself too. While the price on H/R/H head was huge and the few occassion that they were in bad situations were deadly, it was not on a day to day basis as those at Hogwarts where. Ginny was the only Weasley they had access to, Luna's father was writing things in the press and Neville was a real pain for the Carrows (major understatement) was going to get the attention and the punishments that were being dished out at Hogwarts. |

Ginny seems to really stink at stelth. Can you get her to the library quick and find some spell to help make her invisable, or camellion like? The girl doesn't blend in very well. See my point? She's a regular Tonks. |

| You're right - Ginny stands out not only because of who she is but what she looks like, it's easy to spot a redhead out in the crowd. And she may not be heading up to the library anytime soon, but she will be making a couple of changes to her approach soonish. |
