Oh my goodness! What great work you're doing on this story. You've got Harry and Ginny spot on, with their base characters the same but more mature and somehow... more sad. I can't wait to see that lift as time goes on. Hopefully you've got many chapters in store for us.
The idea of Harry helping George out of his loss is unexpected but I hope you go there. I think Harry more than anyone could probably help George, and Ginny can help Harry.
I'm curious where you take Hermione and her parents. Interesting possibilities there. Hermione's going to need Ron's support more than she realizes, and perhaps more than he knows. I always thought Hermione would go to Austrailia to collect her parents and now I'm not sure where I got that idea.
I'm primed to see where you take everyone. Looking forward to more great chapters like this! |

It seems the inhabitants of The Burrow are beginning to heal just a little bit, some more than others, but that's how it is in life. I'm glad Harry used his own experiences when he was talking to George. While George might not be ready to embrace what Harry said to him, the idea has been planted and will hopefully bear fruit. His thoughtfulness certainly extends beyond his immediate "family," especially since Harry spoke to Kingsley about trying to help those who have loved ones who fled or were sent abroad. Hermione is certainly the catalyst for this and I'm glad she's going to receive some help finding her parents. Finally, I'm hopeful that what little Harry has been able to tell Ginny will help him with his nightmares and will enable him to sleep somewhat more peacefully each night.
All in all, well done. I look forward to chapter five. |

| I love when reviewers point out what's working for them, so thank you very much for that! I tend to see Ginny as being taken care of by everyone. Her entire family watches out for her, sometimes to her intense annoyance. Harry watches out for everyone, friends and strangers alike, but Ginny is the only one he lets take care of him. I think its good for both of them, giving each a bit of what they need. Does that make sense? |
