Disclaimer~I don't own anything, don't sue me. You won't get anything; I'm broke. I'm not making anything, so why should you?
I am a Black. A pureblood witch of a family that can trace its lineage back to the days when Hogwarts was founded.
And
I couldn't be prouder. I have been taught all my life that Blacks
are superior. Superior to Mudbloods, superior to other
Purebloods, and most of all, far superior to Muggles. And now,
teetering on the knife's edge between childhood and adulthood, I know
this to be true.
To be a Black is to be elite. We are
not the Malfoys who get caught and charm their way out. We are as
sly as Salazar's silver serpent, and as clever. We are not the
Parkinsons or the Notts who sit by and watch things happen, and claim
they were in the midst of them. We are the crafty spiders who
spin their webs and wait. We are not Crabbe or Goyle, who have no
ability but that of a bodyguard. We are the elite.
Narcissa
lives up to our noble name as one of the Black women of old.
Those who supported the cause through their husbands. They did not act
but instead ruled the manor with a demeanour befitting a queen.
But I think the Mudblood contamination has gone on long enough; it is
time for the women to take part.
I believe Andromeda is not
entirely devoted to the cause. She was Sorted into Ravenclaw,
which was acceptable; not nearly as blasphemous as Gryffindor or
Hufflepuff. But although she doesn't openly display it, I believe
she sympathises with Sirius.
Sirius was always defiant, even
before he was Sorted into Gryffindor, the House of reckless
idiots. Once there he took up with Potter, from a long line of
reckless idiots. Blood traitors and disgraces to Wizarding
kind!
But Regulus is the proper son; Sorted into
Slytherin, he's Aunt's little darling. Devoted to the cause, but
not nearly enough in my opinion.
Lucius was talking about
joining the Death Eaters when he leaves school. I think I shall
join him; after all it is time for the women to get involved as I so
often say. I shall have to tell Severus, he was complaining about
Potter just the other day...
A/N~ This plunny bit me in algebra. Surprise, suprise, it's
always the most boring class. Wonder why... Anyways, thanks to the
loverly Gerry, and the equally loverly dancinginmagic. Also thanks to
Gov, even if he didn't help with this. He gets hugs and thanks anyways!
I was given the idea a *long* time ago by a piece of young Bellatrix
art by the incredibly talented AgiVega, which is titled "The Black
Rose" on Sugarquill and "Bellatrix Black" on PhoenixSong.
