Harry and Ginny walked into the team room, hand in hand, for the start of the week’s practices. The team had to get ready for the Bulgarians and Coach Jones wasn’t sitting still. Ginny gripped his arm tightly as they sat. Even though it had been a few days since the blow up at the press conference, Ginny was reluctant to let Harry get far from her sight or her touch. Although she had forbidden Harry to even consider speaking to the Minister about it again, Harry thought that probably wasn’t a realistic scenario. However, he realized how emotional she was regarding the issue and decided not to bring it up. They would cross whatever bridges appeared before them together, and besides, Harry thought that Ginny trying to protect him was endearing. His entire life most people, including his friends in the Order, had pushed him toward danger and battle. It was a nice change of pace to have someone want to protect him for once. A warm feeling washed over Harry as he looked down and brushed some of her hair out of her face as they made their way to their seats. “Sit down, everyone!” Coach Jones yelled as he strode into the room, eyes flashing, and carrying his trusty clipboard. “As you know, we are facing last year’s Cup Champions and one of the best Quidditch teams of all time. It will take work and dedication for us to beat this team, but I know we can do it!” Harry glanced at Ginny and she rolled her eyes in response. Coach Jones’s motivational speeches were always a little cheesy. “I think I’ve found a way for us to get an advantage,” Coach Jones said, smiling wickedly at his team. “I’ve been in discussions with WWN/W3 networks and they’ve managed to record several of the Bulgarian games. We’ll be able to watch them here in the team room and plot out strategies. It’s not against the rules, but this is top secret!” Jones glared at his players. “Potter!” Jones yelled as Harry was looking at Ginny and not paying attention. “Pay attention! We’re going to start with the Seeker, Viktor Krum.” Coach Jones pointed his wand at the MirrorVision in the corner of the team room, and it came to life focusing on Viktor Krum as he swooped around the pitch. “As you can se...POTTER!” Coach Jones screamed in frustration as Harry was again ogling Ginny as she sat next to him. “For Merlin’s sake, pay attention!” “Sorry, Coach,” Harry shrugged, not taking his eyes off Ginny. “The view is just so much nicer in this direction.” Ginny blushed furiously at Harry’s comment, but didn’t seem upset. “Harry,” Ginny said loudly into the silence, reaching out with her hand and turning his face toward the Coach, “pay attention to the nice man now and you’ll get a reward later.” The entire roam broke out in groans, as Ginny’s meaning was clear. “Barf!” William Hastings said making a gagging sound. Ginny stuck her tongue out at him and then turned her attention to Coach Jones, whose face was approaching apocalyptic shades of purple. Still holding Harry’s face forward with her hand she looked at the Coach primly. “Go ahead, Coach, I’ll make sure he pays attention.” Coach Jones threw his hands up, mumbling about immature players and hormones. He visibly gathered himself and glared at Harry, then restarted the video. “As I was saying, you can clearly see what and aggressive flyer Krum is here, Potter. He may be as agile as you on a broom and look at this segment,” the video changed to show Viktor Krum shooting past some defenders. “He looks to be as fast or faster than you.” Harry leaned forward, actually paying attention now. “But as you can see from this clip,” Jones continued, pointing to various parts of the Mirror, “he has a tendency to fake right on the inside and it seems like you can tell his fake dives by the way his right shoulder moves. Do you see it?” Jones asked, glancing at Harry. “He doesn’t do that in his real dives for the Snitch. Now about the Chaser play…” ~*~ The next few days were interesting for the team. With the detailed video, they were able to prepare for their opponent like never before. The final day before the game, Coach Jones let them off with just a walk through practice early in the morning and not a full scrimmage. After the walk through was over, Harry grabbed Ginny’s hand and pulled her to the middle of the pitch. Standing there, he looked around at the stadium, and then shyly smiled at her. “It’s really hard to believe that I’m here, that we’re here,” Harry said to her softly. “Just over a year ago, I wasn’t sure I was even going to be alive.” Harry pulled her to him and gathered her in his arms. “Most of my friends had been killed and I…” Harry trailed off and kissed her gently. Ginny buried her head in chest and just let him talk. She instinctively knew that he needed to get his feelings out in the open. “If you had told me then, that in eighteen months, I would be here, doing this with you in my arms, I would have sent you to St. Mungo’s permanent spell damage ward.” “It’s just amazing.” Ginny waited, and after several seconds of silence looked up in Harry’s eyes, which were suspiciously shiny. “But you’re happy, right, Harry?” she asked gently. “Very,” Harry said softly. “It’s more — you’re more — than I had ever hoped for myself.” “Just think, Harry,” Ginny said, “Tomorrow we’ll be World Champions. Does it get any better than that?” Harry smiled, and gazed at her wistfully. “It could.” “How could it be better than that?” Ginny asked with genuine confusion. “We could be engaged…” Harry trailed off, turning red. Ginny froze as she stifled her first instinct, which was to laugh. She knew that Harry would never forgive her for that mistake. Ginny reached up and caressed his face. “Love, don’t you think it’s a little early for that?” “I don’t know,” Harry shrugged. “I feel like my life’s always gone fast, probably because I thought I would die young. It doesn’t feel that way to me, but maybe you’re right.” “Harry,” Ginny said, kissing him, “I love you, don’t doubt that, but there is plenty of time for us. Your danger days are over.” ~*~ Around lunch time, Harry and Ginny made their way down the men’s stairs, heading to the lunch area, when Coach Jones appeared in front of them and grabbed Harry by the arm. “Potter, I need you to come to my office right away, it’s an emergency,” he said, his face pale and drawn. “Sure, Coach,” Harry said. “Ginny, do you want to go on to lunch and I can meet you later?” Harry asked, turning toward her. Ginny bit her lip in hesitation, glancing between the two men. “Actually, Harry, I would like to come with you if that’s all right with you.” “It’s fine with me,” Harry said loudly, overriding the objection that was clearly forming on their Coach’s lips. “Let’s go.” Harry and Ginny followed Coach Jones into his office and stopped when they recognized several of the people in the room. Minister Shacklebolt stood facing the window and Ginny’s brother, Ron, sat in one of the chairs in the corner. The head of the Auror division, Gray Gothrin, was also seated in another chair. All three men looked tense. “No! This is not happening!” Ginny shouted when she realized what the meeting was about, glaring at everyone in the room. “Ginny,” Harry said to her, gripping her hand tightly. “Let’s just hear them out — we can always make our own decisions after they tell us what brought them here.” Ginny continued glaring at everyone, causing Ron to turn even paler when she fixed him with a stare, as Harry guided her into one of the remaining chairs. Harry stayed standing, and addressed the Minister directly. “All right, Kingsley, you’ve got my attention. What’s going on?” Kingsley turned and looked sadly at Harry. “Harry, we’ve got a major problem. We’ve discovered that Darby plans to attack the World Cup game here in London as a way to announce herself to the World. She seems to think it will tie memories back to the Death Eaters’ attack three years ago and give her legitimacy.” Harry sat down heavily next to Ginny and gave her a worried glance. “What are you planning to do about it?” Harry asked him. “We’ve still been unable to stop her ourselves,” the Head Auror spoke up. “We’re basically down to two options: try and stop her now, before the game, or cancel the Cup.” Ron gave a sympathetic look to Ginny. “We can’t allow an attack to occur again so soon after Tom Riddle was killed. The world is just now starting to trust the British Ministry — it would be disastrous.” “I’m assuming you’re here,” Harry said after a moment of silence, “because you want to take her out before the game and you want me to help.” At Harry’s words, Ginny gripped his arm so tightly that it began to hurt, but she remained silent. “Sooner or later, we’re going to have to face her,” Kingsley said softly. “The longer we wait, the stronger she’ll get.” Harry looked at the grief-etched lines of the Minister’s face. “There’s more you’re not telling me, isn’t there? Let’s just get it out on the table.” Kingsley sat down next to Harry and put his hand on Harry’s shoulder. “We know where her location is,” Kingsley said quietly. “We got one of our Aurors accepted into Darby’s group. She managed to get the location and pass it on to us just before she was discovered and killed.” Kingsley swallowed sharply. “Harry, I don’t know how to say this other than just right out and tell you: Tonks is dead.” Harry stared at the Minister for several seconds, the words not making sense in his head. Finally, realization crashed down and Harry almost fell out of his chair as he suddenly became dizzy and weak. “What? How?” he begged, hanging on to Ginny now for support. “We don’t know how they found out who she was, but somehow they did. It was over quickly, before we could intervene. Darby did it herself.” Harry closed his eyes as tears streamed down his face. If only he had listened to the Minister earlier, none of this would have happened. “No, Harry!” Ginny said sharply, reading his emotions. “This is not your fault, and you will — not — blame — yourself!” “She was my last real friend, Gin,” Harry sobbed, “and she died because of me.” “No, Harry,” Ginny said. “She died doing her job, serving her country. She died because of evil, not because of you.” Harry gave Ginny a look so full of sorrow that her heart broke. “All it takes for evil to flourish is for good men to look the other way.” He paused and collected himself, then looked at the Minister. “I’ll do it on one condition. Ginny comes with me.” “Harry,” Kingsley said with worry as Ron jumped to his feet, “Ginny doesn’t have the training…” “No, Kingsley. I don’t mean actually come with me on the raid,” Harry said, frowning at the light in Ginny’s eyes when he mentioned her participating in the raid. “I just meant come with us on site. She can wait at the command centre. I’m not going to leave her here just to wonder if I’m alive or not. I love her too much to do that to her.” Kingsley glanced back and forth between the two. “We’ll do it whatever way you want, Harry. Thank you.” ~*~ Ginny sat crouched behind a stone wall and peered at the ramshackle farm building a good three hundred yards across idyllic-looking fields. It seemed an odd place for a Dark Witch to make her headquarters and Ginny leaned forward, longing to be closer. Her brother, Ron, crouching next to her, reached out and restrained her. “Easy now, Ginny, you know this as close as they are going to let us get.” Ginny scowled and looked over at the Minister who was on her other side. “What exactly are we waiting for?” she asked darkly. “Harry,” he replied simply. “He’ll lead the assault and our Aurors will come in after him. If he’s following a similar pattern as he did back in the war, he’s released his binders and is slowly gathering his power.” Ginny was silent in response. She didn’t think it was her place to tell the Minister Harry’s secrets. Secrets like the binders had never been restored after the end of the Quidditch season and that Harry had complete control over his powers. “How will we know when it starts?” Ginny asked. “We’ll know — you’ll see,” Kingsley said. The trio sat, with several other Ministry officials behind them, in silence for the next few minutes. Ginny kept her mind moving, focusing on trivial matters to keep herself from obsessing about Harry. He was going to be all right, he was going to be all right. Suddenly, a loud explosion rocked Ginny back and she jerked her eyes to the farmhouse. The entire left side of the farmhouse from about mid-wall upwards had been blow apart going to about half-way down the roof. Ginny tried to stand, but was yanked back down by her brother, who cursed under his breath. “What in Merlin’s name was that?” Ginny asked breathlessly. “That,” Kingsley said with a tight smile, “was Harry.” Ginny continued staring wordlessly at the house as dust began to settle and an eerie quiet imposed itself. Without warning, another explosion rocked Ginny and the complete side of the building facing her blew out toward her. Ginny could distinctly see four or five bodies thrown out with the explosion and prayed that they weren’t Aurors or Harry. Ginny could now see erratic spell fire inside the house and she longed to run to the building and find Harry. Ron tightened his grip on her and gave her a sorrowful look. “Steady now, Gin.” Again, sudden silence reigned and Ginny couldn’t see any more spell fire. Without warning, a sharp crack sounded and a surprisingly young woman appeared approximately fifty yards in front of the wall where Ginny and the others were stationed. She immediately began scurrying away from the building toward Ginny and the officials. “By Merlin, it’s Darby,” Kingsley hoarsely said. “She’s broken the Apparition Wards!” Ginny pulled herself out of her brother’s grip and stood brandishing her wand. “Stupefy!” she shouted. The other witch was clearly taken by surprise, but still managed to deflect the curse. Her eyes widened as she saw Ginny and now the Minister standing behind the wall. She sneered and began moving toward them, wand outstretched. “Avada…” the witch began, before being blown sideways a good twenty feet. As she struggled to her feet, her head whipped around and her face noticeably paled. Ginny looked past her and her heart jumped as she saw Harry confidently striding toward them. He wasn’t moving slowly, but he wasn’t rushing either. His eyes briefly found Ginny, then he turned his attention to the witch in front of him. “It’s over, Darby,” he said, continuing his slow inexorable march toward her. “Drop your wand or I promise you’ll regret it.” Darby shrieked and her wand flashed. Ginny gasped as she recognized the sickly green light of a Killing Curse. Ginny’s tension mounted as the curse flew towards Harry and he made no effort to move, his wand staying by his side. “Harry!” Ginny screamed, as she tried to climb over the wall and her brother pulled her back down. Right before the curse hit Harry, a small rock flew up from the ground and in mid-flight, transfigured into a round disk about three feet across and intersected the curse. The rock exploded and Harry continued striding through the floating debris toward Darby. Darby’s wand flashed over and over, and eventually Harry began moving his wand, deflecting each curse into the ground. Finally, Harry stood in directly in front of Darby, her eyes wide and panting, her hair hanging wildly around her face. “Impossible…impossible…” she whispered faintly. Harry reached out and gently took her wand from her. He placed his hand on her head and suddenly a great light surrounded them. Darby shrieked and fell to the ground unconscious. Immediately, Kingsley was around the wall, standing next to Harry, his wand drawn and pointed at the witch. “What did you do?” he demanded. “I put binders on her,” Harry said, his voice like steel. “Full binders. She’ll never be able to use any magic again for as long as she lives — she’s a Squib now and forever. I’m the only one who can remove them.” Kingsley looked shocked for a moment and then signalled the Aurors to take the former Dark Witch away. Ginny ran to Harry and jumped in his arms. He kissed her softly, looked at Kingsley, and then Apparated them both away. ~*~ Welcome, wizards and witches, to the World Cup Championship game! Tonight’s match features our own English National Team against the defending champions, the Bulgarians. Welcome to our broadcast and pre-game show! It’s been a wild ride getting here, John, but the English team is playing better than ever and managed to snag the first-place ranking moving into today’s game, which is why we are broadcasting to you from the English National Stadium! It’s truly been a season of ups and downs, including an early season suspension of the eventual scoring champion, Ginny Weasley, a charm scandal for the rookie Seeker and national hero, Harry Potter, along with a despicable display of poor sportsmanship during our own British National League Championship by disgraced Chaser Gwenog Jones. The Bulgarians have had a more standard season with the expected faces and names making their national team. As always, superstar Viktor Krum leads the way as the acknowledged best Seeker in the world. The rest of the Bulgarian team, including Chasers Clara Ivanova, Vasily Dimitrov, and Alexei Levski, form one of the most renowned Chaser squads in the entire sport. Can the Bulgarians make it two in a row, or will our own team bring the Cup back to London? We’ll all find out in just few moments. Before we get into the game, I would like to make a few comments on the rumours coming out of the British Ministry this morning. Apparently, an Auror raid yesterday resulted in the capture of the Dark Witch Darby and her entire band of followers. The raid was led by none other than Seeker Harry Potter, who seems to be making a habit of capturing Dark wizards and witches. We at WWN/W3 would like to take a moment and offer our sincere gratitude to Mr Potter for his continued defence of the Light and we wish him a fantastic game this afternoon. For the English — Seeker Harry Potter, Chasers Ginny Weasley, Hamish MacFarlan, and Matt Jones, Beaters William Hastings and Gwen Gargin, and Keeper Oliver Wood. For the Bulgarians — Seeker Viktor Krum, Chasers Clara Ivanova, Vasily Dimitrov, and Alexei Levski, Beaters Ivan Volkov, and Pytor Vulchanov, and Keeper Lev Zograf. The odds makers at Gringotts have this one as a close, tight game and it has all the hallmarks of a great one. What are the keys to victory for both teams tonight, James? For the English, I think having good Quaffle control and avoiding turnovers, especially on their own side of the pitch, is key. The English Chasers are a hair better than the Bulgarians and they’ll need all the scores they can get to counter Viktor Krum at Seeker. Harry Potter will have to have a fantastic game and keep Krum in check. It may be too much to ask him to catch the Snitch, given the competition, but he needs to keep Krum away from it long enough for the English Chasers to establish a good lead. For the Bulgarians the strategy is very simple: keep the game close and rely on Krum to win. The Chasers need to take it to the English early to avoid getting behind. I expect both teams to favour a fast-paced, open attack. Given the quality of the flyers for each side, I’m expecting mainly man defence with maybe a box-in-one on Weasley. Good thoughts, James. The English haven’t won the Cup in over fifty years and the expectations are high for this game. The Snitch is loose! Out go the Bludgers! The Quaffle is in the air and we are playing World Cup Championship Quidditch!!! The Quaffle is quickly taken by the Bulgarians and advanced up the pitch. Hastings blasts a Bludger at Ivanova who neatly dodges and passes back to mid-pitch to Dimitrov. Dimitrov now up and over the top, closely guarded by MacFarlan, now back over to Levski. Potter has clearly taken a defensive position now with Krum and is pushing him hard on the inside, keeping him well clear of the action. Levski cross-pitch pass to Dimitrov, NICE Bludger shot by Gargin causes him to lose the Quaffle, snatched up by Jones and the English are racing across the pitch Jones to Weasley over to MacFarlan back to Weasley. Weasley tries the centre, turned away by Levski, passes back over to Jones. Bludger coming Weasley’s way, neatly intercepted by Potter. Look out, James — Potter had to leave Krum to intercept that Bludger and now Krum is off and free and breaking for the middle of the pitch! Has he seen the Snitch? Potter is scrambling to catch up, but he is far behind, the crowd is on their feet roaring! Krum reaches out and pulls up! It was a fake! Potter now scrambling to not plough the ground and is trying to break his acceleration. Wow, Krum made Potter look like the rookie that he is and Potter is now clearly shaken. In the meantime, Weasley now has the Quaffle and is continuing to press the defence. Weasley threads the needle with the Quaffle and hits Jones on a diving role right through the heart of the Bulgarians, Jones is up and shoots! Blocked by Zograf, rebound to Levski and the Bulgarians. Potter, still looking shaken, is now shadowing even closer to Krum, he needs to be careful here or he may get a Blatching call. Levski pushing hard against Weasley, passes toward Dimitrov, WOW! Weasley just picked that pass right out of the air and is now free, breaking for the goal! She pumps once, avoids a well-aimed Bludger, and shoots! She SCORES! WEASELEY SCORES! Hold on, we now have a stoppage of play. The referee is signalling that before the score Potter had been called for Blatching on Krum — the score won’t count! Bad luck for the English as the Bulgarians now get a penalty shot since the call was Seeker-on-Seeker play. Levski takes the penalty shot and she scores! That’s a twenty-point swing, James, with the English now down by ten and the English are doing exactly what they couldn’t do to have a chance to win this game. Let’s see if Coach Mac Jones can settle his team down. MacFarlan now taking the Quaffle down the pitch, that’s left to right on your MirrorVision, and slowing down the pace just a bit. I think that’s a good strategy, James, as the English need to catch their breath and Harry Potter really needs to get a better feel for this game. Do you suppose he’s suffering any ill effect from the Darby incident, John? I guess it’s possible, but I would hate to speculate here. It seems more likely that Potter is just a little overwhelmed with the speed that Krum is playing at and needs to make some adjustments. MacFarlan over to Weasley, over to Jones, back to MacFarlan. He’s up and fakes a long outside shot, but he got Levski to bite and now he is rotating clear. Dimitrov has left Weasley and is now rotating over to cover. MacFarlan passes right between his arms to a slashing Weasley, she shoots… she SCORES! Some great team work there by the English. MacFarlan was able to use his superior flying skills to shake free and then, at that point, it was just finding the open man once the defence tried to rotate over. Great play! That was quite the shot by Weasley, James, she really had a lot of spunk on that and she seems at the top of her game here. That’s nothing but good news for the English as now the Bulgarians are pushing up the pitch hard again. It looks like Potter is starting to feel more comfortable with the game — although he clearly is still focused on defence. We are now forty minutes into the Championship and the score is 60-10 in favour of the English. The scoring has been slower than expected from the Chasers, and the Seekers have both been a non-factor since the opening minutes. We’ve a timeout now on the field as Hamish MacFarlan took a brutal Bludger to his knee and is currently under evaluation. It doesn’t look good, James — it appears to be broken. If MacFarlane can’t continue, we’ll see the reserve Chaser come on, which will clearly impact the English strategy. The lead isn’t big enough yet as Krum could still win this with a Snitch grab, so we’ll just have to wait and see. And indeed, James, it looks like Hamish is coming out and the reserve player is coming on. Just a bad break for the English here. The English now have the Quaffle and are moving cautiously up the pitch, Weasley over to Jones, Jones over to the reserve Chaser, Jason Johnson. Johnson promptly turns the Quaffle over at mid-pitch and Levski has a breakaway. Levski shoots, blocked by Wood! Rebound to Johnson, who drops the Quaffle, recovered by Dimitrov he shoots! Blocked by Wood! Rebound to Levski she shoots, she SCORES! A pretty good series there for Wood, but the third shot there just got him. Terrible sequence for Johnson — this does not bode well for the English. The score now stands at 220 — 70 in favour of the Bulgarians and, James, I can say that this is about the worst possible outcome for the English. I agree, John. Johnson just has not been in sync and now the English are completely reliant on Potter to make a catch — and he really has been on the defensive since this game started. Even if Potter made the catch at this point, it would force a tie and a Chaser shoot out. With Johnson playing so poorly, I can’t see the English winning in that scenario either. Back to action. Weasley pushes up the pitch, she has two defenders on her now and Johnson is open, but she is refusing to pass to him. Weasley over to Jones, Jones back to Weasley, Johnson now running interference for Weasley — at least he’s being useful. Weasley back around to Jones, Jones loops up and over the defence in a straight vertical climb. It looks like he’s going ballistic, James, and now he is plummeting straight back down toward the Keeper. It’s almost a game of chicken — he’ll have to pull out to not get a Keeper interference call, but when and how is unknown. He’s really moving now, John. Krum has broken toward mid-pitch — this does not look like a feint. It’s not! I can see the Snitch now and Potter is fast on his heels. Potter and Krum now neck and neck, Jones is continuing his plunge. Lots of Cobbing between Krum and Potter and Potter takes a vicious elbow to the eye, but stays on course. Jones now pulling out just inches above the protected Keeper zone and shoots across his body to the far left goal! Did not see that coming. The Bulgarian Keeper is stretching; he’s not going to get it! Potter now taking the lead inches from the Snitch, he needs to let that goal go through first to win! The Bulgarian Keeper now is leaping off the broom at a height of twenty feet to block the Goal! OH MY GOODNESS, he’s plunging to the ground! Weasley grabs the rebound and has an undefended hoop! She shoots! Krum now taking the lead just inches from the Snitch. Weasley’s shot goes through the undefended hoop! She SCORES! WEASLEY SCORES! Krum now grasping the Snitch — if he gets it, it’s all over for the English. Potter leaping from his broom! HE’S COMPLETELY CLEAR NOW AND IN FREE SPACE. HE REACHES! KRUM REACHES! WHO HAS IT? POTTER GRABS THE SNITCH! POTTER GRABS THE SNITCH! OH, MY MERLIN! THE ENGLISH HAVE WON! Potter is quite a ways up and is now in free fall — this could be bad, John. Weasley has circled back immediately after her goal and is now racing towards Potter! SHE HAS HIM! WEASLEY GRABBED HIM AND THEY ARE BOTH NOW HEADED TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF THE PITCH! THE ENGLISH WIN! THE ENGLISH WIN! THE ENGLISH WIN THE WORLD CUP FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FIFTY YEARS, THANKS TO THE HEROICS OF GINNY WEASLEY AND HARRY POTTER. WHAT A GAME! Ginny landed gently with Harry at centre pitch, all thoughts of winning banished by her worry for him. “Harry, are you alright?” she cried. Harry looked at her and the light in his eyes swept her off her feet. He smiled at her and pulled her in for a long kiss. “We did it! We won! You were amazing!” Harry gushed. “No, you were amazing! I can’t believe you dove off your broom!” Their teammates quickly surrounded them and began slapping them on the back. Someone produced a bottle of champagne and soon the whole team was getting drenched as they shook the bottle and sprayed it high in the air. Harry pulled Ginny back to him and pulled her in for another long kiss. “I love you, Ginny! Never leave me!” Harry laughed. “Never!” Ginny cried. “You’re stuck with me for life.” Ginny grabbed Harry with both hands on either side of his face and pulled his forehead to hers. “I know I said it was too early, but I was wrong.” Ginny dropped down on one knee and looked saucily up at Harry. “Marry me, Potter?” Harry stuttered for a moment and then pulled her up by her arm, close to his chest. “Of course I will!” Harry said, still stumbling. “But didn’t you do that backwards? I thought I was supposed to do that!” “Harry, Harry, Harry…” Ginny said in mock sorrow, shaking his head again with each utterance of his name. “I told you that you’re my boy toy, not the other way around!” “Fine,” Harry smiled, “but I’m not changing my name.” “Yes, you are,” Ginny joked as she pulled him in for another searing kiss. They didn’t come up for air for a long, long time. ~*~ What a game, ladies and gentlemen! We would like to give you some interviews from the two co-players of the game, Ginny Weasley and Harry Potter, but they are apparently caught up in a major snogging session in the middle of the pitch. True love, James — it’s an amazing sight to behold. The British Quidditch League should be on notice. As many of you know, Weasley’s agent announced last week that the Harpies had traded her, at her request, to the Arrows. With her and Potter on the same team in the regular season, it’s almost unfair for the rest of the league. Totally agree, John. As long as these two stay together, it looks like nothing is outside their reach and I can’t wait to see them play next season. Too right, James. Next Season is just right around the corner and you know that we’ll be here at WWN/W3 with all the action. Until then, this is James McCoullogh. And I’m John Michael Jameson, signing off! This has been a WWN/W3 and SIYE British Quidditch League Broadcast.
