This was my first Harry Potter fan fic. I knew after finishing "Sectumsempra" that I had to know what went on in that hiatus.

My tale begins during the Battle of Hogwarts, and tells of the lives and love of Harry and Ginny during the year that follows. I have tried my best to adhere to canon, as pronounced by JK Rowling in her books and in her many interviews that followed the publication of Deathly Hallows.

I wrote Losing Each Other before Deathly Hallows was published, and long before I wrote The Hog's Head. LEO is my version of Harry's last year at Hogwarts, and is completely within canon as of the last page of HBP, and almost totally non-canon thereafter. "Almost" means that I got one thing from DH completely right (it's in chapter 17), and a couple of other things vaguely right.
