| So, yes, I know perfectly well that you wrote this four years ago and have no doubt Moved On. But if you're anything like me you still check for reviews once in awhile so, before this saga move inexorably to its predestined conclusion, I want to take a moment and thank you for giving Parvati a dignified exit. (I always cheer for the Other Girl in these stories, I can't help it.) Which isn't to say that I'm not looking forward to the next bit... |

First off I like the angst of the past chapters! so close but still so far away. Second the Ron/Hermionie finally getting togther scene was so funny that I had to read it to my wife! We LOL'd for about 10 minuets with the internal strugles of Ron! Thanks for the great read!

That was a rather scary Harry (oi that rhymes :lol. I like Parvati a whole lot more now; she's got some class . But Malfoy is even more of a git. Well, that was a bit of an odd twist with Ginny . How'd they end up holding hands ?

| not much time...no time for a proper review...just...uh...excellent. yeah. The tension, the breaking of it...Parvati gets major points for being a true Gryffindor to the end, and Malfoy gets points for being him. Actually, kinda shocked he'd allow Harry to get him on his own. Ginny's request at the end is interesting, and makes a lot of sense...can't wait! |

I'm rereading this story and, wow. I'd been dreading this chappie. I'd forgotten about it when I first strated rereading, but when Harry read about the manipulation spell in Dumbledore's library it all came flooding back. When Malfoy came up to them at breakfast I knew that this was it and it took me two hours to persuade myself to read it. I knew I couldn't just miss that bit out - your story is too good. The thing I realised is this; I care about the characters in your story almost more than I do in the actual books. I almost care too much - my family gave me very odd looks when I sqealed with delight as Hermione and Ron got together. I had to read this chapter really slowly - one sentence, then a break, and then another etc till I got to the end of the horrible bit. I burned with shame when Harry did that. That is how involved you become with your story! I can't remember if you said anything abput a sequel, but if you do write one I'll be here waiting with the reviews!
Anyway, the point of this ramble is to say that yours is an excellent story, and I'm really enjoying reading it again! |

Oh, one more thing - it was nice of you not to kick Parvati while she's down. You sent her off with her head held high and still as Harry's friend - very classy. She seems like a good kid, doesn't she? Just not the right girl for our Harry, that's all. |

| Wow, this chapter was powerful, Sib. Dumbledore's conversation with Harry after the Malfoy Incident showed marvelous insight into the darker side of human nature - I'd never thought about the Muggle protection laws in that way, but sadly it makes sense (as I suppose the Death Eaters at the Quidditch World Cup showed). Ginny's fear was another magnificent stroke - it made her so vulnerable, so real, that it made me ache inside. You really have a knack for bringing characters to life, complete with their fears and their flaws - so much so that you have me caring about this Harry and this Ginny in a way that very few stories have. Definitely the best chapter so far. Bravo! |

| Aww...Ickle Harry's growing up! This chapter showed a great deal of "waking up" on his part. I really liked the way he realized responsibility for his actions, as well as the Ginny-related revelations. |
