"Wow! Looks like he's been hunting" said Harry as he pointed to the carcass of a ferret beneath the perch. "Maybe we can get Moody to transfigure Malfoy, and then we can give the amazing bouncing ferret to Gilgamesh for supper," Harry laughed, pulled an owl treat out of his pocket and gave it to Hedwig.

i love this line!!! so funny!!!

The thing I find astonishing, really, is that Ginny simply accepts such costly gifts from a person she does not know. Suppose it IS Malfoy. Would she like him because of his gifts?

That was Amazing.

I can't wait to read more.  I'll write more once I read more, but I love the idea of Harry sending robes to Ginny, and I hope he gets help from Hermione!

Thanks I'm so glad you enjoyed it!  I have been trying to get the last installment done, so be patient and hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Thanks for your review!

Gosh, J1, why didn't you tell me you had a new chapter up?

This is cute. I love the description of the box, it sounds lovely! I loved it when Isis got trapped inside. That's just so... cat-like!

That secret compartment could prove very useful in the future, Ginny could hide all sorts of things in there!

(Hm, that would be one way to smuggle Harry into her room )

I think Harry may be going overboard with the number of gifts, but then he's not exactly subtle, is he? (He's never really had the chance to learn.) The jewelry sounds cool. Like the sort of stuff I see at the Ren Faire and have to talk myself out of buying.

Great scene in the owlery with poor Pig fainting at the sight of Gilgamesh. (I can't blame him. If I looked up and saw a raptor big enough to rip my head off just sitting there, I might faint, too!)

I particularly liked that bit at the end, where Harry was teasing Ron, and both Ron and Hermione thought he was upset.

Good work, looking forward to the next chapter!

bravissimo!!!   Do you have a Mau connection network for we catlovers who have never seen one?    I'm guessing you are about to throw a little wrench in the game---and twist things a bit.  This has been fun to beta.

Very cute.  I like that Ginny is guessing that it might be him; she's not entirely clueless.
