Oh Bronte, this is delightful. I looked up your Phoenix Song stories so I could get an better idea of you.

Your Harry is very like I would imagine him. He thinks things out and is not one to jump to any conclusions.

His conversation with Aunt Petunia in the final chapter was heartrending. So many lost opportunities and so much time wasted.

I'm enjoying this, I like your portrayal of 11-year-old Harry

Thanks, I'm enjoying writing him too. He's free of angst and is just eager to find out about this new world where he might fit in. He's just a ball of curiosity, albeit slightly restrained in the presence of the Dursleys.

Was happy to see you'd updated. I enjoyed the stream-of-consciousness-type presentation of this chapter. Keep up the great work!

I hadn't consciously changed the style of the chapters as I go along. It's interesting that it's happened, Thank you for pointing it out. I'll have to figure out why that is. At the moment I think I'll put it down to becoming more comfortable with the writing of Harry and not needing to double check I'm not straying out of character.

As always, thank you for taking the time to review.
