| I have read your fic in one sitting,and must tell you what a breath of fresh air it is.Such a wonderful change from the norm.To live with Harry and his thoughts for the month following his finding out he is a wizard,and will be going to a wizwrd school was very refreshing. | Thanks! I understand the breath of fresh air to mean it not being a H/G focussed story? It was a funny little plot bunny that came to me one week while walking to work and I couldn't remember reading a story that covered the time. Hopefully now I'm walking to work again, another such story will come up. |

I am glad to have finished this story and that it seems to have been well-received. I'm interested to hear other peoples take on Petunia. Hopefully JKR will give us the backstory in the next book. I have enjoyed writing this story and can't wait to get going on the next one.
My pre-beta and I (The 7th year fic is his plot-bunny) are currently figuring out the details of the new story and we hope to be about half-way through before posting so you never have long to wait for the next installment,
