Fantastic interaction here at the end of the chapter. I'm off to keep catching back up!

That was a great chapter. It has focussed harry's mind on rescuing Ginny. I think it is a trap and that Harry is going to fall right into Voldemort's hands. I just hope that Hermione can convinve the Order to follow Harry to Malfoy's where the rescue should take place. Too early for the Final Battle, horcruxes still remain to be destroyed. I wonder who will search the woods to see if Ginny passed out from the drinking.

'"Hello, Tom," she rasped, his hated name coming out as a sob. "The years have not been kind..."' -- good for Ginny. And I see something has happened to her. Ron was wrong, yet again.
But so is Harry running off like that .

He's got a saving people thing, and it's in overdrive. Stupid and Noble. I think that's on the Potter Family Crest!

That is very sad. To late for that one on one thing. And I hope Ginny is alright. Well, alright for being captured by Voldemort and had the Cruciatist Curse one her. Very good chapter.

Ooh, fantastic, tense, exciting chapter here. I'm almost - just almost - glad Ginny did get caught - it proves the validity in Harry's fears. Snape was very interesting here, though - he definitely tried to help her, but whether or not it was for his own gain is still questionable. How did Lucius get out of Azkaban? And I wonder where Draco is. The ending was powerful! Harry just leaving was chilling - and even if it was a fake - he's in big trouble now. Really good stuff, and I remain eager to see where you're going.

Thank you thank you thank you!

*cough* Sorry, I'm a big fan, even if I haven't made many comments.

To answer at least one of your comments/questions (because the others may be addressed in the next part(s)): Snape, to me, isn't evil. He's still on the side of good, despite appearances. And Draco is tucked away, safe and sound away from Voldie's wrath. I think.

AH! I just started reading this and I am hooked!! honest to God this fic is amazing, and I don't think my eyes have stopped watering since the first chapter! And that last scene, where Harry leaves... oh MAN that was amazing. I really really really loved that! Not Ginny dissapearing, but the fact that he goes off to save her, alone, and without care for his own safety. But seriously, this could all have been prevented!! If they were still togethe,r Ginny wouldn't have run off in a drunken and depressed haze, and she wouldn't have been captured, and they would be happy! Oh and also I really like hyow you had the twins overhear what Harry said to Ron... at least they now understand. Ohhhh I really hope you're a fast updater! Because I think I'm going to go crazy waiting!!!

It has made me giddy to see such an enthusiastic reply. It's also made me want to write the next part faster. So... if I mess it up because I wrote it too fast, I'll blame you, OK?

Ah, I think that is what Ginny meant when she commented on Harry's diatribe to Hermione and Ron about THEIR relationship. (Personally, I think Harry's taking the wrong action, and that the active word in Ginny's description of his breaking up with her at the funeral, Stupid and noble, is stupid.)

Ohoh. That was unexpected. - Brilliant idea! I haven't seen this in fanfiction so far. There are loads of stories that deal with the Harry/Ginny problem, but this is the first one to actually realize Harry's nightmare.

I think he has a point. I don't think he's handling it right, but I think he at least has a point.
