Wow, Ginny really has hit rock bottom and I guess she needed too, so now she is able to go back and fight.

That was a shorter chapter. And I'm glad the Ginny told her parents everything that happened.

Strangely if you go by word count alone that was onew of the longer chapters.

This whole chapter devoted to Ginny is the culmination of the buildup of her struggles throughout your story. She has finally released her demons in her confession to her loving parentys and in so doing has cleansed her sould and renewed her purpose. And her prime purpose is th be with and support and love Harry. She is now ready to go back and do this. I really look forweard to seeing our revitalized Ginny back in action .... the Prophet be damned.

The Prophet does have a lot to answer for. Maybe, just maybe, it will be held accountable for its actions.

It has been up here for nearly a year now. PS is my first choice for any of my G-R rated work, after my yahoo group naturally.

“I plan to go back and fight for Harry.”

Like we expect her to do anything else but that. Great story, I'm absoloutly smitten with it. It is well written and very nice dialouge. Update soon!

Great job!!! I love it! Ginny is so depressed and it makes me feel so sad...

I can't wait for you next update! You always portray the feelings and emotions so well! Terrific writing!

Happy writing!

I think I've mentioned before in these reviews that this is Ginny's low.

Once again, another exceptional chapter, made all the better by the fact that it would have been so easily to mak this melodramtic or shallow. You have dealt well with the emotions and as a reader let us right into Ginny's mindset, which has led to tears following down my face as well as Ginny's. I hope you update this wonderful story soon.

Wow! This is a good one. I can't imagine how Ginny felt through all the problems and dealing with a horrible war. Then to go for over a year and a half not knowing that Harry was in fact alive must have been daily torture. I am so glad that Ron went back and found Harry. I hope Frankie survives.
It is really good that Ginny finally told her parents the truth about everything. I love Arthur. He is the rock of the family. He always seems to know what to say. I am so glad that Harry and Ginny both plan to fight for each other. That makes that part of the story so much better. I look forward to your next update. Thanks for writing. p

Yeah, Ginny has been really low in this fic, and you'll get a better idea of how bad things got for her in a couple of chapters time.

It is really good that Ginny finally told her parents the truth about everything.

Its the first way to turning things round for her.

I love Arthur. He is the rock of the family. He always seems to know what to say.

Very true. Arthur, like Ron is so often overlooked. He is a vastly important character and member of the Weasley family.

I am so glad that Harry and Ginny both plan to fight for each other.

It's just a shame that neither knows that they are both fighting for each other and think the other has given up. But that would make things far to easy if they did, right.

I am very impressed with what a great job you did on this very difficult chapter. You captured Ginny's emotions very well, all the way from despair to resolve. I thought your Molly and Arthur were spot on, as well.

I suddenly realized that I have a film intrusion and now think of Molly with brown eyes and Arthur with blue, but JK Rowlings does not assign eye color to them, so why not?

Cheers, they were always going to support her. Ginny just needed to confide in them.

You're right. It is strange what the films can do for things. Strangely, I've always gone with brown eyes for Arthur and Blue for Molly. I'm not sure why. I think its because I'm not a huge fan of the films and lets be honest they don't really care about eye colour. Also its so easy to make Ginny a mirror image of her mother when she was younger, but I see her differently, having Arthur's figure and eye colour.

I guess really, I just like gong against the norm. But that makes life more interesting, right?

I'm glad that Ginny has found something to hold onto and fight for. Being at rock bottom is hard. I think you've captured that feeling very well in this chapter. I felt the despair that Ginny does and then her toughness toward the end. Very well done!

I really enjoyed your description of Ron. I think he is viewed as a shallow character far too often in fanfic. It was nice to read the other side of that. Your description of seeing his emotions through his eyes was spot on. And of course the love he feels for his sister is beautiful.

Such a lovely chapter. I'm looking forward to the next.

Thank you. This is Ginny's rock bottom and she needed to be there, before things start getting better for her.

I think several forms of meda have a lot to answer for for that image being created. Ron is as strong as any of the Weasleys, and while he does like some shallow interests in the books, he is a teenage. He is also shown as loyal and caring, but your right, that is often missed. I'll leave it there before I get into a Ron debate.

Aah! Her parents sure took that well. Good for them. Ginny really just needed their support. The scene between Harry and Ginny was precious, and I'm glad you put it in. I also hope Ginny gets right up and heads backto that camp, and I hope Frankie is alright, and I hope Ron's okay, and that Harry doesn't do something stupid. I'm so glad you updated! Yay! Keep it up!

I really can't see them being any of other way, than supporting their children's needs.

Interesting interlude. I half expected Harry to follow her home to the Burrow. Now I suppose we\'ll learn about what Ron sees at the camp? I can hardly wait!

If we go back to chapter eight, that is partly answered.
