How wonderful! You know, I'm never disappointed with your stories, not at all. This was a fun chapter! It seems that Ginny has a plan, although we still don't know quite what it is and I'm not even sure she knows exactly what she's going to do. It appears that she's given it some thought, having talked to Hermione at least. I think her "teaching" him how to have a good date is such a creative idea. He obviously still doesn't have a clue, poor lad. That's all the better for us, though, because then the story gets to go on.
I'm really enjoying watching Harry squirm as Ginny talks about her "experience" and the snogging scale. Of course he wants her to have a low score, he's madly in love with her!
I can't wait to see where you take this. Maybe if we're lucky - really, if Harry's lucky - Ginny will convice him to practice his "technique" on her and he'll realize he loves her. It might be just as fun if she drags things out, though, so I'm not going to have any expectations for the next chapter, except that it will be great! I'm also not going to go read it elsewhere, the anticipation is quite enjoyable. |

OK, ten house points to me for knowing immediately that Ginny would be the one with whom Harry would practice kissing...although that was hardly a tough call!
And two billion, million, squillion house points from you for leaving us with that abrupt cliffhanger!**picture me falling right over the edge as in a roadrunner/coyote cartoon (US cultural reference....sorry). ....yep, there I go.....plummeting to the bottom of the dry gorge to land in a puff of dust**
Really, that was a masterful revelation of sly!Ginny\\\'s plan to rub Harry\\\'s nose in just how comfortable/happy he is in her presence vs how uncomfortable/nervous he\\\'ll be with Cho on their date. And providing him the first hand opportunity to compare her kisses with Cho\\\'s....Ginny must be channeling her inner-Slytherin!

I don't think 's quite got it yet about how different a date with Ginny would be compared to a date with Cho. He still thinks it's only practice! Silly boy.

| This chapter was great. I remember this part well from Some Kind of Wonderful. The next chapter should be very interesting (or fluffy). The setup was perfect using the Room of Requirement for practice and thanks for writing Harry as clueless as Eric Stoltz was. Just wonder how Ginny is really feeling since the story is mainly Harry. Cant wait for the next installment. |

Aw thanks. I know it's hard to get Harry correctly - either he's too angsty or he's too unbelievable angry at everyone. I think OotP gave us that impression, but by HBP, he's back to the loveable hero - up until he broke up with Ginny! Agh. Now you know why all of my stories are happy!
