Aww cute!! I love you reconciliation scene, very well-written. I laughed when Ginny was all "if you're an Auror, I'm an Auror!" haha. Nice job! |

That was very nice I think you hit it right on the head. I always pictured Ginny up there waiting for Harry |

LOL. The fiesty red head is at it again, bless her. Rivetting chapter. Although, isn't Ginny going into professional Quidditch? |

Thanks! Glad you liked this!
I originally wrote this before I'd even gotten up from having finished DH on July 21, 2007. It was very much inspired by my most pressing fannish impulse as I finished the book—and was written and posted well before JKR's interviews began casting their light on the various characters' careers and marriages!
Still—I can see Harry and Ginny making that promise, but changing it when the owl from Gwenog Jones arrives. |

You're one of the most insightful and fluid HPFF writers I've come across. Your Broom Cupbord stuff is just so good, as well. Self & partner really enjoyed them, particularly. More, more, more |

Thanks so much! I'm glad that you and partner have enjoyed both this fic and some of my more... adventurous stuff!
You can find more of my fics at my Livejournal, Antoshevu. Just to warn you, some of the fics there (in fact, many of the ones not to be found either here or at TBC) are a bit less OBHWF-compliant. But you might find those of interest as well. |

Thanks so much! This fic is definitely a one-shot—written literally before I got up from finishing DH. But I'm writing a series of post-DH fics that you might enjoy—Friends and Fame are the first two. I'm thinking of calling the series The F-Words. ;-) |

Thank you so much! I was very pleased with this one—especially given that I wrote it literally before I got up from finishing the book!

Yay! This was fun. I hope you continue it. Excellent dialogue between Ginny and Harry. I like Ginny not being angry and finding that she could handle herself on her own while Harry was away.
Then the reverse killing curse, being flooded with possibilities...beautiful! Excellent story. Thanks! |

Into the vast, fertile field JKR left for her fan fic friends, your story captured exactly what must have happened. Thanks for starting to fill in those gaps. |

Oh it's so good to see Harry and Ginny talking... finally talking. *contented sigh*
Hermione certainly is frisky. And just how does she know that there's a way to get a boy into the girls' dormitory? LOL!
Wonderfully written. Great title. |
phoenixgirl Wednesday 8th August 2007 02:40 | Blazing |
really cute. i love how harry wasn't scared off about the kids comment and the casual 'i love you.' |
GhostWriter Monday 6th August 2007 15:00 | Blazing |
Very nicely done!
I love the humor - Hermione dragging Ron upstairs; Luna wanting to see the bedrooms.
I liked the fact that Ginny didn't brush off Harry as payback for the breakup. I liked her maturity.
An excellent, sweet fic. |
narumi Monday 6th August 2007 09:45 | Blazing |
That was really cute. Way to go Harry, casually throwing out the first I love you without even catching it. And way to go Ginny, for loving it even more that way! |

Just lovely.
Thanks. |
TreyFury97 Sunday 5th August 2007 14:07 | Blazing |
That was a cute, heartfelt tell about Harry finally having "time" to talk to Ginny. I do like your naughty streak though, at the end with the future Mr. & Mrs. Potter probably getting in some practice in baby making .

critmo Friday 3rd August 2007 10:52 | Blazing |
It was the kids bit that did it, really. Harry felt as if he’d been hit with some sort of reverse Killing Curse, and possibilities suddenly flooded his mind: babies, a house, a bed, teaching them to fly, taking them to King’s Cross… “Yes,” he said, “yes, I will, yes, please, I never—”
Brilliant. |

Ah, that's what was missing at the end of DH, I loved it. You wrote that perfectly. Luna and Dean...he he he! Great job! |
potter_fan Friday 3rd August 2007 08:33 | Blazing |
I loved it! I really wish there had been more Harry/Ginny at the end of the battle so this is great! and also the Dean/Luna, I kind of thought they liked eachother in the book, so this made me really happy! |
reenee Friday 3rd August 2007 03:09 | Blazing |
that was wonderful...a scene like this should have been in the book,i personally feel that this is a better ending than th 19 yrs later |
lenzlaw1 Friday 3rd August 2007 02:45 | Blazing |
Great job, it expressed what I'm sure every h/g shipper felt was left out of the book (and shouldn't have been!). Kudos again.
