Alright i will read that little snippet right away. Having Harry's POV really makes this story unique and fantastic. I read each chapter right after reading St. M's story and it fitted hand in hand.

Oh, thanks so much! Mary has been absolutely fantastic in letting me play in her universe, and helping me to make sure things fitted together as well as possible. It helps that Mary's Harry is always so close to the Harry in my head anyway, it made it that much easier to know what he'd be doing while she's concentrating on Ginny's POV

Great synchronization between the two views. Really brings the story to live in different views. Really wish you would be able to cOntinue. Really been looking forward since the new year.

Thanks so much! I really do still plan to finish at least Ch. 7, even after all this time. If you look further down in the reviews, you can find a link to a part of the chapter, that I wrote for Mary's b'day eons ago. It's not the whole chapter, but it has a good bit of it, at least.

Thanks for reviewing -- I'm glad to know someone's still reading!!

I jist recently found this website and read the New Zealand Chronicals (which are fantastic!). St. Margaret of course directed us to check out Harry's POV here. It has been long time since you posted, and as a teacher, I understand how hard it is to find time to do this - but PLEASE finish writing - at least up to the Wedding Night! You and St. Margaret seem as attuned in your writing as Harry & Ginny are. I would really love to read more!
Thanks for the great story you have given so far!

You are so sweet to write such a thoughtful review! And WELCOME to PhoenixSong, too!! We're glad you've joined us!

I do want to finish this (you can find the link to the wedding night in my responses below, if you're interested ), and I still know what I want to have happen... it just hasn't happened "on paper" yet. I'm really hoping to get it done within the next couple months or so, though... if things will cooperate even a teeny bit.

St Margaret has been one of the best cheerleaders anyone could ever hope for in all of this (esp. given that the first chapter literally wrote itself in like an hour or so, just b/c I couldn't stand not having Harry's POV on those events! *grin*), and she has been unbelievably helpful in my writing as much as I have, which is probably why things seem "in sync" to you -- it's almost all her doing

Thanks so much for such a great review... and I'll do my best to honor your request as soon as I possibly can

:-*,:-*,:-*... OK, now you'll HAVE to finish it!! I just read the wedding night scene and, what can I say, you're very, very good at this! I just loved it! So, thank you again for writing this and for your answer to my review, I wish you all the best and I promise I'll read AND review everything else you've written as soon as I get a little time-off from the University!!

LOL thank you so much! And yes, time off from university is a problem all around -- I teach at one, so I keep waiting on the same thing! LOL! Thanks so much for your sweet remarks -- I'm glad you liked it, and I do hope/plan to finish it before long, honest!

Wonderful work!! I've read it just after the NZC, so I already knew about the surprise Harry had in store for Molly and Arthur! I really hope real life gives you a break and you can posibly, maybe finish another chapter...
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that you are a truly wonderful author (just like st margarets is!!) and we all thank you for sharing your talent with all of us..

Thanks so much for the sweet review! I'm still mulling over the last chapter. I've actually got the wedding night scene written (you can find it in the list of things from St.M's b'day here: http://community.livejournal.com/days_of_destiny/ -- but I will tell you it's at least semi-R-rated), and most of the rest of the chapter... I just can't seem to get my time and brain-power in sync "enough" to get it finished off. The semester's just ending, though, so I'm hoping that maybe I'll be able to finish it off before long.

I'm glad you've enjoyed the story -- I really have enjoyed working on it, even if I am slower 'n Christmas

nice chapter!!! that was really neat idea of harry with the christmas present
sad that harry is going with ron and leaving ginny
wow... thats a long time between updates!!

That was all Mary's idea. She actually would have let me give away that surprise first if I'd just been quicker at writing it, but oh well... The NZC readers got the surprise first this way And yeah... I'm not a fast writer, and Real Life is just beyond insane (not to mention all sorts of site responsibilites, etc., too), so... it'll get there, though

Thanks very much! I'm glad you like it!

I hope to update before too much longer, but it's going to be a few weeks at least, most likely. With the end of semester stuff and the holidays, it may take me a bit, but I'll get it done eventually

Thanks for reviewing!

Harry got a lot done this chapter. He finally talked to Arthur and Molly about the surprise he would like their help with at Christmas. Thank goodness they agreed to let Harry pay for their trip. Harry and Ginny are doing better. It really helps that they have had good support from Arthur and Molly about the whole pictures in the river fiasco. Now they are looking forward to their wedding night. It was nice of Molly to make a cake for Ron and Harry and to celebrate Harry's birthday a little early. It will be hard on Harry and Ginny while Harry and Ron are gone on their trip but then Harry will have one night before the wedding. Looking forward to that. Thanks for writing. I look forward to chapter 7! p

Thanks tons -- I appreciate all your reviews! I *hope* I can complete Ch. 7 within this month, if ANYthing cooperates with me about it! LOL!! And yes, Harry got quite a lot accomplished this chapter -- I thought they deserved some sort of "good time" to make up for the awfulness of dealing w/the press!!

I'm so glad you updated! I thought you had perhaps decided to not finish this, but I love it! I loved the New Zealand Chronicles and getting to read about it again from Harry's perspective is awesome! Thanks, and I can't wait to read the rest... even if it's highlights... I'm certain you'll do a great job!

No, I haven't abandoned it. I'm just a pretty slow writer, and with everything else that goes on (both in "real life" and with the site, etc.), it just take me a while to get done what I want to do I always like Harry's POV on things (can't you tell? *grin*), so I'm glad it "works" to others as well. Thanks for reviewing!

This story is just wonderful!!! You capture Harry so well and it's interesting to see a slightly different take on the same events.

Thanks so much! Mary is just wonderful on giving me input on what *she* thinks Harry would do, etc., too, but she also just lets me have fun my own way I'm glad you liked it!

Yay, Sherry! It's finally posted. I knew you were planning on finishing at chapter seven - but now I might have outtakes to look forward to? Squee! I wonder what you would want to tackle?

LOL I dunno for sure yet, but I do remember at the time that there were portions of later chapters that I esp. wanted to know Harry's POV, so we'll see. Gee, poor me may have to re-read part of NZC (not that I've ever been opposed to that! LOL!!) And you're so sweet to review when you've only seen this 18bazillion times

Oh, Sherry - this is so.o.o.o lurvely And I like how you go against the sterotypical male, making Harry a thoughtful planner. He's a real man, not a cardboard two-dimentional guy, but a real person. His meeting with Molly and Arthur was perfect. The M/A interactions a joy to read, his relief very palpable. And Ginny "I'm not hormonal!" Beecause Harry didn't try to understand, did he? Oh, dear. Lovely, absloutely lovely. You just know they're going to age well together.

I just love this pov, thanks a bunch for sharing it with us!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and I love your review! Harry may not remember to up pick his clothes off the floor (like in ch's in NZC) but that doesn't mean he can't think of *some* things if they're important enough to him It's just a matter of what your priorities are! LOL!!

Glad you liked the M/A interactions and all, too... I just felt like he wouldn't quite be "finished" with that mess till he knew they weren't blaming him.

Thanks again for reviewing!!

This is wonderful. It is a real treat to read about what Harry is thinking and doing as he gets ready to end his training in England and make plans for New Zealand. The scene where he asks Molly and Arthur to let him pay for them coming at Christmas was so true to life.

Bravo Sherlyn!

Thank you so much! You're so sweet to leave such a nice review! I'm glad you enjoyed it The scene where he asks Molly and Arthur for Christmas was *supposed* to be finished before Mary got to Christmas in NZC, but obviously, she's a much faster writer (among other things )! LOL! Oh well... it got done eventually
