Vis Insita
I like Nothing Important Happened Today, both the title and the chapter. I still reread it once in a while.
Thanks for the new chapter - lots of soul-searching... But everyone's doing their soul-searching a little differently, so this was a nice study of the different characters. Just one thing: Ron and chess metaphors - just too cliché ;-)
I'm not surprised that lots of people add this story to their favourites, there just aren't that many well-written novel-length stories anymore, people will have to finally get over their OC-aversion.

I accept this criticism. I think he was comparing something to a game and I couldn't think of a decent Quidditch metaphor.

Well, they don't have to, but it would be nice if they did.

"And that's a pretty apt" what, overall?

Scott came across to me as kind of a dic.k when he was talking to Lila because he seemed totally unrepentant, regardless of whether he had excuses or not. I'm not saying that's a good or bad thing, just that that's my impression. If Lila's staying there for a night and maybe a few days after, what about her mission to look after the Weasleys? Also, "a flavor optimistically labelled 'berry'", hahaha!

He was, at first. He didn't want to talk to Lila and he acted accordingly. That being said, I will point out that he did apologize profusely and sincerely, in the end.

The Weasleys are as safe as anyone can make them beneath a Fidelius, but should the Order venture out then Lila will probably go with them. She has the ability to move back and forth at will, so it's not like she's ever far away.
