I have thoroughly enjoyed this collection of vignettes. You've let us get to know the more minor characters who have the supporting roles in a way that doesn't detract from the original story.

In this particular chapter, you've let us be angry at Percy's stupidly blind following of the Ministry's hard line of thinking, happy at Fleur hooking up with Bill and sad at Charlie's departure for Romania. While there is hope firmly attached to two of the stories, the third portends the dark days of Order of the Phoenix. I'm glad that Charlie made the decision to leave with a happy memory because he just might need it in the coming months.

Well done.

Nicely done. I really liked the scene between Percy and Bill, and Percy's realization that he would lose Penelope, too. And yet he stuck to his path. The division amongst the Jones' family, as well, rang very true. The Weasleys couldn't have been the only family that became divided over all this. I really loved Bill calling Percy out for referring to Harry as "the boy." So Durleyish. Made me want to kick him!

Thank you!

I knew you'd react to the way Percy was talking about Harry. I didn't think of it as being Dursleyish, but you're absolutely right.

I'm glad that the division of the Jones family rang true, particularly as they're not exactly canon. I wasn't actually sure how well that would fit.
