“Let’s gather this stuff so we’ll be ready to go then,” she said, picking Harry’s clothes up off the floor.

I don't think that was a good idea. What if some powder got on her!

But I am so (add extra o's here) delighted with this chapter! De-aged!Harry is a favorite.

The final scene wherein Harry is sleeping as people chatted was beautifully crafted. Extremely natural. I felt as though I was in the room with them. Simply splendid.

I don't have the words to describe how much I enjoy this story of yours! The chapters can't come fast enough. I love it!

These Cuts I Have
As much as I'd like to call you a foul, loathsome, evil little writer again, I can't, mainly because Harry isn't hurt this time! Harry becoming a toddler was the last thing I thought would happen and as horrible as it is, I'm still relieved because nothing "bad" has happened. Being taken to The Burrow and having the chance to be a carefree child for a while might just be a good thing for Harry. I love Ginny's idea to take pictures of Harry, especially since Molly now has a bee in her bonnet about giving Harry some pictures of him at this age. My heart is melting over the cuteness of it all!

This chapter just gets better and better. I love how Hermione gains little Harry's trust, telling him that it's all right to believe in magic because the rules are different at the Weasleys' house, and Harry's enthusiasm for climbing into the treehouse with Ron is just precious. You had me in fits of laughter when Harry needed the loo. I've seen that look on my own son's face, but never was quite brave enough to suggest he go in the woods surrounding our house... too much poison ivy in the wild areas, I suppose.

When my son came home from school, he found me laughing uproariously at the computer. He asked what I was laughing at and I read the chapter aloud to him. We had a great time sharing your story together. Thanks for writing this fun-filled chapter that is just as good being read aloud as it is silently.

Aw, I'm so touched by the thought of you reading this to your son! My kids have never shown any inclination to read my stories, but I'm hoping they'll want to one day!

Keep an eye on those photos - you haven't seen the last of them. I found myself enjoying writing this chapter so much, it ended up becoming two! Next one has a bit more angst - hey, wouldn't be me if it didn't - but also some more good memories for Harry.

wow. I loved this little version of Harry. It broke my heart when he thought that he would get into trouble for being a kid, and wanting to play in the mud. I also enjoyed his reactions to magic and when he woke Ron up.

would love to see how much Harry remembers when they get him back to normal.

You'll see, but there's one more chapter of little Harry first. I'm glad you enjoyed reading him.

Really, really love the idea, also they way it plays out. Had some watery eyes here and there! Looking forward to next week!

Thanks! I think I made my own eyes water a bit while writing it, so no worries! Little Harry has a way of wrapping himself in your heart, lol.

"As always, I’m eager to hear what you think!"

I think we need more chapters.

Honestly, this is a good story. I am enjoying the read. Thanks for writing it.

Loving all these responses! You get one more chapter with little Harry - and that one is a little bit more angsty.

I love it!!! I love that Harry is getting a chance to have a fun childhood even if it does only last a couple of days! I also love how much the Weasleys and Hermione want to make it extra special for him. He deserved a better childhood with people who loved him, not the one he got. Thank you for adding this in to your story! Can't wait for the next chapter!

Thanks! I'm so glad people are enjoying it. Harry needs a few good childhood memories, doesn't he?

Wow! That totally came out of left field! I was probably expecting anything but that! It worked out nicely, though. I like how you brought so much feeling out of all of the characters. Their compassion on "little Harry" and the memories he engendered. Very nicely done! And, of course, George is trying to figure out a business angle on all of this...

LOL, would you expect anything less from George? I hoped that would show that George is really beginning to move on, as well.

I definitely did NOT see that coming! I thought you did it well, and will be interested to see where you're going with all this.

I was a bit surprised by Ron's reaction to Hermione and Ginny being gone so long. then I realized it made sense for him to be a little jumpy still, after everything they've been through.

Good work!

Ron is suffering some PTSD of his own, but it's manifesting itself in an obsessive need to keep tabs on everyone - Hermione and Harry in particular.

Wow, I didn't expect that at all, but it was kinda adorable. I really loved how Ron got into it and wanted to give Harry some childhood fun. That was so sweet. In fact, your Ron in this story is my favorite character after Harry. I just want to hug him! But now I'm really curious who put the de-aging potion in #12 and why.

Thanks! I'm thrilled with the response little Harry is getting, lol. I'll make a confession - I don't think I've ever enjoyed writing anything more than I did these few chapters. You will get answers to your questions - eventually.
