Duelling Wands
That was truely awesome.  Four duels, four great stories.  I hope that there are more battles still to come.

Wow. That was amazing. All of the duels were really well described, as were the emotions. I didn't really like the ending of two of them (which two are obvious), but they were at least realistic. Great job with the writing, anyway!

That was, put simply, beautiful. I loved the simplicity with which you dealt with Dumbledore's duel with Grindelwald, and the way you wrote James' last stand. I think my favorite out of all the stories, though, was the duel between Godric and Salazar - they fought like old friends. That was probably the most realistic portrait of Gryffindor and Slytherin's relationship I've seen so far. Well done, and keep those duels coming!

Duelling Wands

Wow! The only problem with this well written story is that it hasn't been updated the 19th of May.I'm looking forward for the next chapters, hopefully, this isn't all there is..

Thank you,

Gideon and Fabian's teamwork and connected brotherhood are wonderful to read about. I love how the brothers, working together, manage to joke around and shrug off the serious implication behind the attacks - they know the Order is massively outnumbered, yet they take as many down with themselves as they can, and don't even appear to ever regret their choice. They do what is right without any wistful 'what ifs'.

The descriptions of their watching of each other's backs and their spells, especially their combined Shield spell, are a delight to read.

The world was at war, and the Dark Mark glowed in the night sky as a beacon of fear and an omen of dread for all… yet, as long as there were people willing to die for what was right, then hope would not die…

As heroes they lived, and as heroes they died. May Gideon and Fabian Prewett rest in peace.

These last two paragraphs are a lovely summation of the story. It was great to see the battle of some people who aren't currently plotpoints in the book, yet undoubtably contributed to the war in the best way they could.
