I loved the way you left us wondering about Ron and Harry, and how that thread eventually interrupted the current scene. Brilliant, plus, I'm really wanting to see what happens between Ron and Harry. Both have good points as to why they're mad at the other. Ron's bigger, but Harry's more powerful as a wizard. This should be fun!
Oh, and on a sadder note, sorry about your cat. I know exactly how you feel. We had a cat named Jinx from the time I was in 2nd grade until I was twenty...uh...was it two? Something like that. It was a while back, but she was such a part of my life.
